Abstract

Invenţia se referă la domeniul legat de elaborarea materialelor termoelectrice, care pot fi utilizate în generatoare termoelectrice pentru convertirea energiei termice în energie electrică.Materialul termoelectric de tipul n cu eficienţă sporită pentru temperaturi medii reprezintă o soluţie solidă sub formă de monocristal cu următoarea componenţă chimică: (Tl2-xS)(Bi2+xS3), unde x variază în limitele 0,003…0,008. Materialul propus posedă o eficienţă termoelectrică sporită (ZT ~ 0,75). Eficienţa se menţine într-un interval relativ larg de temperaturi (500…850K).Rezultatul tehnic constă în crearea unui material termoelectric de tipul n cu o eficienţă sporită într-un interval relativ larg de temperaturi (500…850K).
