Abstract

Кристаллические керамические частицы, включающие по весу по крайней мере 90% АlО, основываются на общем весе кристаллической керамической частицы, плотность которых находится в пределах от 50 до 75% от теоретической плотности, электрическая проводимость постоянного тока - не менее чем 4,5×10m-m при 55,2 МПа, и самый маленький размер составляет не менее 100 мкм.
