Abstract
Inventia se refera la un procedeu de obtinere a membranelor catalitice ce pot fi utilizate la epurarea solutiilor apoase de impuritati organice greu degradabile. Esenta inventiei consta in aceea ca pe suprafata preventiv activata a substratului se depune acoperirea din aliajele de Ni-W-B sau Ni-Mo-B, iar solubilizarea electrochimica a borului se efectueaza prin tratare anodica la o densitate a curentului de 10 mA/cm2 cu o solutie de electrolit ce contine, % de masa:hidroxid de sodiu 3…5 hipoclorit de sodiu 10…15.Totodata, in calitate de substrat se utilizeaza elemente tubulare din cordieritcu porozitatea de 0,1…0,5 mm, suprafetele lor se activeaza cu o solutie ce contine saruri de paladiu si staniu (II) si pe ele se depune un aliaj de nichel-wolfram-bor obtinut din solutia ce contine acetat de nichel, wolframat de sodiu, etilendiaminasi trietanolamina, hidroxid de sodiu, borhidrura de sodiu si nitrat de taliu(I), iar depunerea lui se efectueaza la temperatura de 90…95°C timp de 40…60 min, sau un aliaj de nichel-molibden-bor obtinut din solutia ce contine sulfat de nichel, molibdat de sodiu, pirofosfat de potasiu, trietanolamina, hidroxid de amoniu, dimetilaminoboran si nitrat de taliu(I), iar depunerea lui se efectueaza la temperatura de 75…80°C timp de 60…90 min. Procedeul de epurare a solutiilor apoase de impuritati organice greu degradabile se efectueaza prin filtrarea lor prin membranele catalitice obtinute conform inventiei, cu o viteza de 30…50 ml/cm2·min si iradierea ultravioleta de 12…20 mJ/cm2.
