Abstract
Invenţia se referă la procedeele de obţinere a catalizatorilor pentru epurarea gazelor de substanţe toxice.Esenţa invenţiei constă în aceea că se propune un procedeu de obţinere a catalizatorului metalic, care include depunerea compuşilor intermetalici pe suport cu alcalinizarea ulterioară a unuia din componente. În calitate de suport se utilizează o plasă metalică. Compuşii intermetalici nichel-cobalt-paladiu cu adaosuri de fosfor şi bor se depun pe plasă metalică prin sedimentarea electrochimică a metalelor la temperatura de 20…30°C, pH 8,5…9,5 şi cu densitatea curentului la catod de 2…4 A/dm2 din electrolit ce conţine, în g/L: clorură de nichel 30…50, clorură de cobalt 10…15, clorură de paladiu 3…5, clorură de amoniu 120…150, hipofosfit de sodiu 10…15, dimetilaminoboran 1,0…1,5. Apoi se realizează alitarea stratului de metale în topitura de aluminiu (aliaj D 16) şi alcalinizarea cu soluţie de, în g/L: hidroxid de sodiu 500…700 şi nitrat de sodiu 60…70 la temperatura de 100…140°C a unuia din componentele compuşilor intermetalici.Rezultatul constă în mărirea suprafeţei active specifice a catalizatorului şi în majorarea adeziunii lui la suportul metalic în condiţii de variaţii mari de temperatură în timpul exploatării.
