Abstract
Inventia se refera la obtinerea electrozilor si poate fi utilizata in electrochimie, in electrolizaindustriala a solutiilor alcaline, in galvanotehnica, in procedeele de epurare a apelor reziduale. Esenta inventiei consta in aceea ca electrodul contine un substrat metalic din titan si aliajele acestuia si un strat activ depus pe el in forma de aliaj poros de cobalt-nichel-bor, cu includereain compozitia lui a Mo si/sau W si/sau Re. Procedeul de obtinere a electrodului consta in depunereape substratul metalic din titan si aliajele acestuia, tratat in prealabil cu hidruri, a unui stratactiv in forma de aliaj poros de cobalt-nichel-bor din solutiile, care contin sulfati de cobalt sinichel, sarea Seignette, saruri de Mo7+ si/sau W7+ si/sau Re7+, nitrat de taliu(I) si dimetilaminoboran, in urmatorul raport al componentelor, g/l:sulfat de nichel 5…10sulfat de cobalt 10…20sare Seignette 30…40saruri de Mo7+ si/sau W7+ si/sau Re7+ 15…20dimetilaminoboran 1…3nitrat de taliu(I) 0,001…0,002,depunerea se efectueaza la temperatura de 50…70°C si pH 6,5…10,0, la un raport dintre suprafata electrodului si volumul solutiei de 1 : (2…3), cu solubilizare ulterioara a borului din depunerea formata prin tratamentul anodic la o densitate a curentului de 1…2 A/dm2 timp de 10…15 min, in solutie de NaOH cu pH 10…12, in prezenta oxidantului, totodata in calitate de oxidant se utilizeaza peroxid de hidrogen si permanganat de potasiu inurmatorul raport al componentelor, g/l: hidroxidde sodiu 50…100peroxid de hidrogen de 33%, ml 30…50permanganat de potasiu 5…10.
