Abstract
Invenţia se referă la industria alimentară şi poate fi folosită în tehnologia de uscare a vişinelor.Procedeul de uscare a vişinelor, conform invenţiei, include uscarea lor prin convecţie în două etape. La prima etapă uscarea vişinelor se efectuează până la umiditatea de 33%, după care se înlătură sâmburii. La etapa a doua uscarea vişinelor se efectuează până la umiditatea de 19%. La ambele etape se efectuează uscarea combinată a vişinelor prin convecţie la temperatura agentului termic de 100...105°C concomitent cu uscarea cu curenţi de impulsuri în câmp electromagnetic cu frecvenţa de 2450 MHz, puterea iradierii fiind de 1,5 kW, durata impulsurilor de 5 s şi pauza dintre ele de 25 s.Rezultatul invenţiei constă în accelerarea procesului de uscare a vişinelor, reducerea consumului de energie şi a pierderilor de vitamina C în produsul finit.
