Abstract

Invenţia se referă la industria vinicolă şi anume la un procedeu de obţinere a distilatului de vin pentru brandy.Procedeul, conform invenţiei, include obţinerea vinului materie primă prin fermentarea unui amestec ce conţine suc de difuzie şi musturile fracţiilor II şi III de presă în raport de 1: 0,3…1 respectiv, zahăr sau melasă până la concentraţia zaharurilor de 140…200 g/dm3, precum şi maia de cultură pură de levuri, cu distilarea lui ulterioară.Rezultatul constă în majorarea calităţii şi reducerea preţului de cost al produsului finit.
