Abstract
Invenţia se referă la industria vinicolă.Brandy, conform invenţiei, conţine următoarele componente, în dal la 1000 dal de cupaj: alcool etilic rafinat de mere îmbogăţit în procesul distilării cu componentele lemnului de stejar şi maturat cel puţin 6 luni 224…240, alcool etilic rafinat de mere 136…160, extract de stejar 16…24, sirop de zahăr 12…13, caramel 2…3 kg, apă dedurizată restul, până la tăria de 40,0±0,3% vol.Rezultatul constă în accelerarea procesului de fabricare a produsului finit, ameliorarea calităţii lui şi în reducerea preţului de cost.
