Abstract

Invenţia se referă la industria vinicolă şi anume la un ăprocedeu de obţinere a distilatului de vin pentru fabricarea brandy.Esenţa invenţiei constă în obţinerea vinului materie primă cu conţinutul de alcool scăzut şi distilarea lui.Noutatea invenţiei constă în adăugarea zahărului şi maielei de levuri de vin selecţionate active uscate Saccharamyces bayanus în vinul materie primă cu concinutul de alcool scăzut înainte de distilare.Vinul materie primă tratat se supune fermentării secundare lente pînă la obţinerea vinului materie primă cu tăria 8…12% de vol. care apoi se distilează cu biomasa de levuri formată, după aceasta distilatul de vin obţinut se purifică cu cărbune activ SIHA-CARBOGRAN Ge cu decantarea sau filtrarea ulterioară.Rezultatul tehnic al invenţiei constă în ameliorarea caracteristicilor fizico-chimice şi organoleptice ale vinului materie primă cu micşorarea cheltuielilor pentru o unitate de producţie.
