Abstract

Invenţia se referă la industria vinicolă, în special la un procedeu de fabricare a vinurilor seci.Esenţa invenţiei constă în aceea că vinul brut sec se cupajează cu extract de gutuie japoneză până la conţinutul de vitamină C de 30…40 mg/ 100 ml de vin.Extractul se obţine prin macerarea sau fermentarea mustuielii de gutuie japoneză pe vin brut.Rezultatul constă în obţinerea vinului sec de struguri stabil faţă de diverse tipuri de tulburări fără sulfitare, cu un conţinut sporit de vitamină C şi de substanţe biologic active, ceea ce permite de a ridica valoarea nutritivă şi a extinde sortimentul de astfel de vinuri, obţinând un vin ecologic pur.
