Abstract

Invenţia se referă la industria alimentară, în particular la un procedeu de reducere a conţinutului de patulină în sucurile de fructe cu răşină, la un dispozitiv pentru realizarea procedeului şi la un procedeu de regenerare a răşinii.Procedeul de reducere a concentraţiei de patulină în sucurile de fructe include trecerea sucului printr-un sorbent şi colectarea sucului cu o concentraţie redusă de patulină, în care, conform invenţiei, în calitate de sorbent se foloseşte răşină, care conţine în abundenţă micropori cu dimensiunea minimă sub 20 Å, iar suprafaţa microporilor este capabilă să reţină patulina datorită forţelor de chemosorbţie.Dispozitivul pentru realizarea procedeului include cel puţin un rezervor cu un strat de sorbent, dotat cu un sistem de debitare şi colectare a sucului, în care, conform invenţiei, sorbentul reprezintă un strat de răşină, iar rezervorul este dotat suplimentar cu un sistem de debitare şi colectare a reagenţilor pentru regenerarea in situ a răşinii menţionate.Procedeul de regenerare a răşinii include tratarea răşinii cu amoniac sau cu o bază volatilă care transformă patulina reţinută într-un derivat care se spală uşor.Rezultatul invenţiei constă în reducerea efectivă a conţinutului de patulină în sucurile de fructe cu ajutorul răşinii cu regenerarea ei ulterioară.
