Abstract
Invenţia se referă la metode şi forme medicamentoase pentru administrarea subcutanată, în care agenţii terapeutici sunt modificaţi pentru a creşte hidrofilia şi dimensiunile moleculare în raport cu starea nativă a agentului terapeutic, în care raportul Cmax: Cmedie este mai mic decât raportul Cmax: Cmedie al agentului indicat la administrarea intravenoasă a acestuia.
