Abstract
Изобретение относится к пищевой промышленности, а именно к способу получения функционального соуса из плодов облепихи.Способ, согласно изобретению, включает сортировку, промывку и измельчение плодов облепихи, их пропускание через сито обеспечивающее отделение семян и кожицы с получением пюре из плодов облепихи, добавление в пюре сахара, корицы, гвоздики, мускатного ореха, агар-агара и стевии, после чего следует термообработка полученной смеси при температуре 70...75°С в течение 10 мин.
