Abstract

Invenþia se referã la industria alimentarã ºi poate fi folositã la fabricarea bãuturilor alcoolice gazificate din miere de albine.Procedeul de fabricare a bãuturii alcoolice gazificate din miere de albine include pregãtirea soluþiei de fermentare prin diluarea mierii cu apã ºi adãugarea ingredientelor vegetale, acidularea, fermentarea, filtrarea, îndulcirea ºi gazificarea produsului obþinut.Esenþa invenþiei constã în aceea cãla pregãtirea soluþiei de fermentare mierea se dilueazã cu apã la temperatura nu mai înaltã de 35°C, apoi se adaugã o componentã ce conþine zahãr (zahãr, sirop de zahãr, must concentrat), în calitate de ingrediente vegetale se folosesc plante melifere ºi mirodenii (floare de tei, iarbã de sovârv, conuri de hamei, fructe sau seminþe de cardamon, fructe sau seminþe de coriandru), iar dupã fermentare se efectueazã îndulcirea cu îndulcitori artificiali ce nu conþin zahãr.Rezultatul tehnic constã în ameliorarea proprietãþilor organoleptice ºi tonifiante ale bãuturii, în majorarea termenului de pãstrare ºi stabilitãþii ei.
