Abstract
Изобретение относится к биотехнологии, а именно к способу консервирования штамма дрожжей Saccharomyces cerevisiae CNMN-Y-21, который может быть использован для долговременного хранения микроорганизмов и их использования в качестве источников биологически активных веществ.Способ, согласно изобретению, включает культивирование штамма Saccharomyces cerevisiae CNMN-Y-21 на питательной среде в течение 72 часов при температуре 26-28°C, суспендирование культуры до титра 105-106 мл-1 в среде, состоящей из обезжиренного молока и 5-10% об. раствора, содержащего 10 мг/мл экстракта, полученного из биомассы спирулины последовательным экстрагированием 20-30%-ным спиртовым раствором и 0,45%-ным раствором NaOH, быстрое замораживание суспензии при температуре -20°C, лиофилизацию и сохранение при температуре 4°C.Технический результат изобретения заключается в повышении содержания белка и углеводов в биомассе дрожжей Saccharomyces cerevisiae CNMN-Y-21 после одного года хранения в лиофилизированном состоянии соответственно на 35,31-37,03% и 35,62-39,56%.
