Abstract
Se propune un procedeu de preparare a nutreţurilor pentru animalele domestice, în care materia primă vegetală se mărunţeşte, se umezeşte, se adaugă sare de bucătărie şi alte suplimente furajere, se efectuează hidroliza fermentativă cu un ferment preparat în prealabil, ca suplimente furajere se folosesc drojdiile de vin sau de bere, care se introduc peste 2-20 ore de la începutul hidrolizei, iar peste 6-9 ore după introducerea drojdiilor de vin sau de bere se termină hidroliza.Procedeul propus exclude necesitatea folosirii suplimentelor furajere costisitoare şi asigură utilizarea ecologic pură a deşeurilor produselor de vinuri şi bere.
