Albinele colectează de pe florile plantelor nectar şi polen, pe care le prelucrează în hrană - miere şi păstură. Hrana albinelor conţine toate substanţele nutritive vitale necesare - proteine, lipide, glucide, substanţe minerale, vitamine. Pentru determinarea condiţiilor optimale de realizare a procedeului propus la diferite stupine din r-nele Hânceşti şi Călăraşi a fost studiată influenţa stimulentului nutriţional asupra sporirii imunităţii albinelor, normalizării procesului metabolic la creşterea şi dezvoltarea timpurie şi asupra productivităţii familiilor de albine. To determine the optimal conditions for carrying out the proposed procedure in different apiaries in the Hânceşti and Călăraşi districts, the influence of the nutritional stimulant on increasing bees' immunity, normalizing the metabolic process during early growth and development, and on the productivity of bee colonies was studied.

Experienţa I. La stupina din satul Ciuciuleni, r-nul Hânceşti au fost formate 3 loturi de familii de albine, inclusiv un lot experimental şi două ca martor. Familiilor de albine din lotul I (experimental) li s-a administrat câte un litru de amestec, cu stimulentul nutriţional „Stimulcom” în doză de 10,0 g/3,0 L. Familiilor de albine din lotul II (martor I) li s-a administrat câte 1 L de sirop de zahăr cu 3,0 ml de aditiv furajer Vitacorm AD-1, celor din lotul III (martor II) - respectiv câte 1 L de sirop de zahăr pur. La efectuarea controlului familiilor de albine după culesul de la salcâmul alb, pe data de 5 iunie 2016, s-a stabilit că adinistrarea siropului de zahăr în amestec cu aditivul furajer în perioada de primăvară în lipsa culesului nectaro-polinifer sporeşte productivitatea lor. S-a constatat că familiile de albine din lotul I (experimental) au adunat în medie câte 21,5 kg de miere sau cu 1,37 kg mai mult faţă de lotul II (martor I) şi cu 2,5 kg faţă de lotul III (martor II), ceea ce constituie cu 6,18% şi, respectiv, 13,13% mai mult (tabelul 1, figura 1). Experienţa II. A fost efectuată la stupina din satul Fundul Galbenei, r-nul Hânceşti. La controlul familiilor de albine la începutul experienţei, pe data de 01 martie 2016, s-a constatat că numărul fagurilor în cuibul familiilor de albine a constituit în medie 7,4...7,6 buc., puterea familiilor fiind de 6,4...6,6 spaţii dintre fagurii populaţi cu albine, numărul puietului căpăcit 62,2...70,0 sute de celule şi rezerva de miere 3,8...4,8 kg (tabelul 2). La controlul efectuat la începutul înfloririi salcâmului alb, pe data de 11 mai 2016, s-a stabilit că numărul fagurilor în cuibul familiilor de albine a variat între 13,4 buc. (lotul III) şi 18,0 buc. (lotul I), puterea fiind de 10,0 şi, respectiv, 15,7 spaţii dintre fagurii populaţi cu albine. Puterea familiilor de albine, cărora li s-a administrat sirop de zahăr şi adaos de „Stimulcom” în doză de 10g/2,5 L, puterea familiilor de albine din lotul experimental a crescut în medie cu 13,77% faţă de lotul II (martor I) şi cu 57,0% faţă de lotul III (martor II), iar numărul de puiet căpăcit a crescut cu 5,11 şi, respectiv, 213,27% faţă de lotul III (martor II). După culesul de la salcâmul alb, pe data de 30 mai, s-a constatat că familiile experimentale care au fost hrănite cu sirop de zahăr cu stimulentul nutriţional „Stimulcom” lotul I de la salcâmul alb au depozitat în medie 31,1 kg de miere sau cu 1,8 kg mai mul faţă de lotul II (martor I) şi cu 11,0 kg faţă de lotul III (martor II), ceea ce constituie cu 6,14% şi, respectiv, 54,73% mai mult (tabelul 2, figura 2). Hrănirea albinelor cu amestec de sirop de zahăr şi stimulentul nutriţional „Stimulcom” în cantitate de 10,0 g/3 L stimulează prolificitatea mătcilor, care au depus câte 1302 ouă în 24 ore. Prolificitatea mătcilor din lotul II (martor I) a constituit 1202 ouă şi din lotul III (martor II) - 754 ouă în 24 ore. Rezerva de miere în cuib a variat între 3,83 kg (lotul II) şi 7,0 kg (lotul I). La controlul efectuat pe data de 28 mai 2016 s-a constatat că utilizarea stimulentului nutriţional „Stimulcom” în hrănirea în perioada de primăvară în lipsa culesului nectaro-polinifer sporeşte producţia de miere depozitată în cuib. Familiile de albine din lotul I experimental au depozitat în cuib de la salcâmul alb în medie câte 30,17 kg sau cu 3,9 kg (lotul II) şi 9,44 kg (lotul III) mai mult, ceea ce constituie cu 14,85...45,57% mai mult faţă de loturile martor I şi II (tabelul 3, figura 3). Aşadar, în baza rezultatelor experienţelor efectuate la trei stupine din două raioane cu baza meliferă diferită, putem menţiona că s-a stabilit că doza optimală a stimulentului nutriţional este de 10 g/2,5 L de sirop de zahăr, iar hrănirea se efectuează odată la 10...12 zile, câte un lutru după revizia de primăvară până la începutul culesului de la salcâmul alb. Therefore, based on the results of experiments carried out in three apiaries from two districts with different honey base, we can mention that it was established that the optimal dose of the nutritional stimulant is 10 g/2.5 L of sugar syrup, and feeding is carried out once every 10...12 days, one feeding after the spring inspection until the beginning of the white acacia harvest.

Aplicarea procedeului elaborat asigură sporirea productivităţii familiilor de albine cu 6,14 şi, respectiv, 54,73% faţă de loturile martor. The application of the developed procedure ensures an increase in the productivity of bee colonies by 6.14 and, respectively, 54.73% compared to the control batches.
