Abstract
Description
Invenţia se referă la apicultură, şi anume la un procedeu de creştere a albinelor. The invention relates to beekeeping, namely to a process for raising bees.
Albinele colectează de pe florile plantelor nectar şi polen, pe care le prelucrează în hrană - miere şi păstură. Hrana albinelor conţine toate substanţele nutritive vitale necesare - proteine, lipide, glucide, substanţe minerale, vitamine. Pentru procesele vitale familiile de albine au nevoie de o cantitate considerabilă de hrană. O familie puternică pe parcursul anului consumă cca 90 kg de miere: în perioada repausului de iarnă - cca 10 kg, iar în perioada vitală activă - primăvara, vara şi toamna - cca 80 kg (pentru întreţinerea vieţii indivizilor adulţi, hrănirea larvelor, secreţia cerii, consumul energetic în timpul zborului, prelucrarea nectarului în miere) [1]. În cazurile când în familie rezerva de hrană (miere) este insuficientă, albinele trebuie să fie alimentate suplimentar. În calitate de înlocuitor al mierii se foloseşte sirop de zahăr. Pentru stimularea creşterii puietului în perioada de primăvară şi pentru creşterea mătcilor se utilizează sirop de zahăr în concentraţie de 50% ( 1,0 kg de zahăr la 1,0 l de apă) [2]. Dezavantajul acestui procedeu constă în aceea că albinele alimentându-se cu sirop de zahăr cu adaos de aditiv furajer au o imunitate şi o rezistenţă reduse, ceea ce duce la micşorarea longevităţii şi la o creştere lentă a familiilor de albine. Totodată, în perioada de primăvară familiile de albine se îmbolnăvesc de nosemoză (diaree), impactul fiind până la 30...40% pierderi, familii moarte, slabe, cu un număr redus de albine, cauzat de rezistenţa redusă şi scăderea masei corporale a albinelor. Problema pe care o rezolvă invenţia propusă constă în sporirea imunităţii albinelor prin aplicarea unui preparat cu efecte antiumorale, antivirotice, imunomodulatoare, antibacteriene, antioxidante. Preparatul utilizat are drept scop normalizarea metabolismului, sporirea imunităţii, reducerea mortalităţii, majorarea masei corporale a albinelor şi a puterii familiei de albine în perioada de primăvară,precum şi sporirea productivităţii şi a siguranţei albinelor. The problem solved by the proposed invention consists in increasing the immunity of bees by applying a preparation with anti-humoral, antiviral, immunomodulatory, antibacterial, antioxidant effects. The preparation used aims to normalize metabolism, increase immunity, reduce mortality, increase the body mass of bees and the strength of the bee family in the spring, as well as increase the productivity and safety of bees.
Problema se soluţionează prin aceea că toamna pentru completarea rezervelor de hrană pentru iernare şi primăvara în lipsa culesului nectaro-polinifer, albinele sunt hrănite cu un amestec din sirop de zahăr şi un regulator de creştere de provenienţă vegetală cu aplicare în agricultura ecologică. Procedeul de creştere a albinelor se realizează prin hrănirea lor cu un amestec din sirop de zahăr de 50% şi un bioregulator natural, în cantitate de 10....100 mg/l. Pentru determinarea condiţiilor optimale de realizare a procedeului propus a fost studiată influenţa bioregulatorului natural asupra sporirii imunităţii albinelor, rezistente la iernare, reducerii mortalităţii, creşterii puterii familiei de albine în perioada de primăvară, precum şi asupra productivităţii lor. Pentru aceasta în perioada de toamnă au fost formate 4 loturi de familii de albine, inclusiv 3 experimentale şi I ca martor, cărora li s-a administrat amestecul din sirop de zahăr şi bioregulatorul natural. To determine the optimal conditions for carrying out the proposed procedure, the influence of the natural bioregulator on increasing the immunity of bees, resistant to wintering, reducing mortality, increasing the strength of the bee family in the spring, as well as on their productivity was studied. For this, in the autumn period, 4 batches of bee families were formed, including 3 experimental and I as a control, which were administered the mixture of sugar syrup and the natural bioregulator.
Familiilor de albine din lotul I experimental li s-a administrat pe data de 11 şi 17 septembrie 2013 câte 2 litri de sirop de zahăr cu 10 mg/l de preparat Moldstim, lotul II - cu 50 mg/l, lotul III - cu 100 mg/l. Familiilor de albine din lotul IV (martor) li s-au administrat câte 2 litri de sirop de zahăr pur în scopul completării rezervelor de hrană pentru repausul de iarnă. În baza experienţelor efectuate s-a constatat că la familiile de albine din loturile experimentale I, II şi III care au fost hrănite cu amestecul din sirop de zahăr şi preparatul Moldstim rezistenţa la iernare a fost de 84,07...91,53%. În perioada de primăvară, familiile experimentale au fost hrănite cu câte un litru de amestec din sirop de zahăr şi preparatul Moldstim, odată la 10...12 zile, seara, începând cu 19 aprilie şi până la începutul culesului principal de la salcâmul alb. Cel mai mare număr de puiet căpăcit (135,67 sute celule) au crescut familiile de albine din lotul doi experimental, care au întrecut lotul martor cu 44,34 sute celule (*B ≥ 0,95) sau cu 46,94%. După culesul de la salcâmul alb (09.06.2014) s-a constatat că puterea familiilor de albine a variat între 9,67 şi 12,3 spaţii dintre fagurii populaţi cu albine. La familiile de albine din loturile experimentale care au fost hrănite cu sirop de zahăr şi bioregulator natural s-a obţinut o creştere a puietului căpăcit cu 18,6...36,6 sute celule (II-IV *B ≥ 0,95) sau cu 20,96...41,26% (tabelul 5, figura 1). Familiile de albine din loturile experimentale I , II şi III au depozitat în medie 18,9...21,8 kg de miere sau cu 1,5...4,4 kg mai mult decât lotul IV martor, ce constituie 8,62...25,28%. Cea mai mare cantitate de miere - 21,8 kg, au depozitat-o familiile de albine din lotul III, care au fost hrănite cu sirop de zahăr şi preparatul Moldstim.
