Description

The invention relates to beekeeping, in particular to a method of feeding bees.

Bees collect nectar and pollen from plant flowers, which they process into food - honey and royal jelly. Bee food contains all the vital nutrients needed - proteins, lipids, carbohydrates, minerals, vitamins.

Н. 1977, p. 27-29). For vital processes, the bee colony needs a considerable amount of food - honey and brood. A strong colony consumes 90 kg of honey during the year: during the winter rest period - about 10 kg, and during the active vital period - spring, summer and autumn - about 80 kg (namely, for the maintenance of the life of adult individuals, feeding larvae, wax secretion, energy consumption during flight, processing nectar into honey) (Burenin N.L., Kotova G.N. Handbook of beekeeping. Moscow, Kolos, 1977, p. 27-29).

In cases where the amount of food reserve in the family is insufficient, the bees must be fed additionally.

The process of feeding bees with sugar as a substitute for honey is known. To stimulate the growth of brood in the spring, 50% sugar syrup is used (1 kg of sugar per liter of water) [1]. The disadvantage of this process is that it wears out the bees and reduces their longevity.

The bee feeding process is known, which includes feeding them with a mixture of 50% sugar syrup and a nutritional stimulant Stimulcom in the amount of 1.0 L of the mixture per bee colony, every 10-12 days, starting from the first days of April until the beginning of the main harvest. At the same time, the nutritional stimulant contains, in % mass: pollen (lumps) 75.98, milk powder 15.20, sugar powder 7.60, nutritional additives Bionorm P 0.6 and Belaxan 0.6 and is added to the sugar syrup in the amount of 10 g per 2.5.....3.0 L of sugar syrup [2].

The disadvantage of this process is that the food used does not contribute sufficiently to increasing strength, brood size, and honey production.

The problem solved by the invention consists in expanding the range of biologically active, natural, ecologically harmless substances with a stimulating effect on bees, which contribute to increasing immunity and resistance to wintering, strength, the number of brood hatched, the prolificacy of queens and the productivity of bee colonies.

The problem is solved by the bee feeding process, which includes feeding them in the spring with a mixture of 50% sugar syrup and 1.0-3.0 mL/L of aqueous solution containing 4.91 g dehydroabietic acid, 1.08 g KOH and distilled water up to 200 mL, in an amount of 1.0 L of mixture per bee colony, every 7 days, from April until the main harvest.

А. Г. Э. Е. В. 2011, p. 52-53). Dehydroabietinic acid exhibits biological activity, it is well soluble in organic solvents (diethyl ether, acetone, benzene), being insoluble in water (Г.А. Г. Э. Е. В.

At the same time, the bioregulator represents a 3% aqueous solution of the substance obtained by suspending dehydroabietic acid with an aqueous solution of KOH at room temperature, which is used in doses of 1.0-3.0 mL/L of sugar syrup.

The result of the invention consists in increasing the strength of bee colonies, the queens' egg production, the number of brood hatched and the honey production.

Exemplu de realizare a invenţiei Example of embodiment of the invention

Halbrook, R.V. Lawrence. The Isolation of Dehydroabietic Acid from Disproportionated Rosin. J. Org. Chem. 1966, 31(12), p. 4246-4247) şi structura este confirmată pe baza analizei elementelor şi datelor spectrale: C20H28O2, M= 300,21. Calculat, (%): C, 79,96; H, 9,39. Stabilit, (%): C, 79.95; H, 9.40. P.t.= 171-172°С. [α]D 27=+64,9 (с=0.0325 mg/ml; CHCI3). Conifer resin (Pinus, Picea, Abies and Larix) was purchased from Aldrich. Dehydroabietic acid was isolated in individual form from conifer resin (Pinus, Picea, Abies and Larix) according to the known method (N.J. Halbrook, R.V. Lawrence. The Isolation of Dehydroabietic Acid from Disproportionated Rosin. J. Org. Chem. 1966, 31(12), p. 4246-4247) and the structure is confirmed on the basis of elemental analysis and spectral data: C20H28O2, M= 300.21. Calculated, (%): C, 79.96; H, 9.39. Found, (%): C, 79.95; H, 9.40. M.p.= 171-172°С. [α]D 27=+64.9 (с=0.0325 mg/ml; CHCl3).

A bioregulator solution consisting of 1.08 g (0.018 mol) KOH in 20 mL distilled water was added to the continuously stirred suspension consisting of 4.91 g (0.016 mol) dehydroabietic acid in 150 mL distilled water. After obtaining a homogeneous solution, the mixture was filtered and the volume was brought to 200 mL.

The bee feeding process is carried out by feeding them in the spring with a mixture of 50% sugar syrup and 1.0-3.0 mL/L of bioregulator, in an amount of 1.0 L of mixture per bee colony, every 7 days, starting in April until the main harvest.

In order to determine the optimal conditions for carrying out the proposed procedure, the influence of the natural bioregulator on the growth, early development and productivity of bee colonies was studied at the apiary in Peticeni village, Calarasi district. The bee colonies were maintained in horizontal hives with frame dimensions of 435x300 cm.

For the studies, four batches of bee colonies were formed, three in each, according to the principles of the methods of analogues according to the number of combs, power, number of brood hatched and the amount of honey in the hive. In the spring, in the absence of maintenance honey collection, bee colonies were administered one liter of a mixture of 50% sugar syrup with bioregulator: batch I - 1.0 mL/L, batch II - 2.0 mL/L, batch III - 3.0 mL/L, batch IV (control) - pure sugar syrup.

Stimulating feeding in the spring period in the absence of honey collection in April led to the growth and development of bee colonies. When checking bee colonies on April 18, 2021, it was found that the nest contained an average of 5.0-5.67 combs, had a strength of 4.0-4.67 spaces between combs populated with bees and a honey reserve of 1.17-1.33 (table 1).
