Abstract
Description
The invention relates to agriculture, in particular to quail breeding (aerosol use of aqueous solutions of ascorbic acid and Ribav before egg incubation).
Currently, the quail egg and meat of this bird is becoming increasingly popular among consumers, as a result of which there is a need to expand production with the highest possible increase in profitability of the industry in order to maximize profits. Quail eggs are distinguished by high nutritional qualities, which is necessary for the development of full-fledged quail, with equally intense metabolic processes [2]. As you know, the above is possible only under the condition of high viability of individuals, as well as with minimal costs for production needs, including electricity. In this regard, we used a mixture of aqueous solutions of natural metabolites: ascorbic acid and Ribav. Ascorbic acid (vitamin C) has a positive effect on many processes in the body: it catalyzes metabolism, affects growth, reproduction, immunity, has an antioxidant and anti-stress effect; participates in the metabolism of catecholamines, compensates for the lack of vitamins A, B 1 , B 2 , Bc, B 12 , E and pantothenic acid. Participates in blood coagulation and iron metabolism [4]. Ribav has an immunostimulating, anti-inflammatory, hepatoprotective and wound healing function, antitoxic and growth-promoting by 6.3% (p <0.01), however, the results were lower than when using Ribav with ascorbic acid. Aerosol treatment with an aqueous solution of ascorbic acid and Ribav quail eggs was carried out once before incubation. In this case, the hatching of chickens in the experimental batch was higher by 8.46% (p <0.001), and the hatchability of eggs by 6.57% (p <0.001) compared with the control group.
The purpose of the invention is to increase the vitality and obtain more conditioned quail youngsters due to the transovarial use of a complex of preparations: ascorbic acid and Ribav.
18-22°C.The method is as follows - on the surface of the shell of a quail egg 3-4 hours before incubation, an aqueous solution of the preparations: ascorbic acid and Ribav in concentrations of 0.1% and 0.5%, respectively, is applied from the spray gun. Preliminarily, the preparations are dissolved and mixed in distilled water at 18-22 ° C.
Example 1. Quail eggs of the breed "Pharaoh" were obtained from one parent herd, sorted by 520 pieces per batch, subject to egg similarity, laying time and shelf life. A solution of the preparations was applied on the shell surface in the form of an aerosol according to the above scheme. As a control, eggs of the same batch were selected according to the principle of analogues, which were processed using farm technology. The data obtained are presented in table 1. From the table it follows that the conclusion from the experimental batch exceeds the control by 8.46%, and the hatchability by 6.57%. Such incubation wastes significantly decreased as: “blood rings” 1.6 times, “frozen” 2.9 times, “suffocated” 1.9 times, “weak” 2 times.
2.Example 2. The laying of quail eggs of the breed "Pharaoh" for incubation of the experimental and control lots was made 02.06.2012 at 12.00. In the morning of 06/19/2012 at 17.00 h, the hatching of the experimental group chicks ended, which is 19 hours ahead of the set incubation time (17th day). At the same time, the superiority of the experimental group in mass withdrawal, which begins 23 hours earlier than in the control, is evident. The data are presented in table 2.
3.Example 3. Blood was taken from diurnal quail derived from the control and experimental groups for studies using generally accepted methods. The study of lipid peroxidation (lipid peroxidation) and body antioxidant protection (AODS) daily quail showed that the lipid peroxidation rate in the experimental group is significantly lower than in the control group. The data are presented in table 3.
So, there has been a tendency to decrease the level of cytotoxic, mutagenic products - Schiff bases (OR) by 1.4 times, malondialdehyde (MDA) by 10%. It should be recalled that the excessive intensity of lipid peroxidation processes leads to a decrease in the functional activity of cells, which is largely associated with a violation of the barrier and transport function of the membranes, which in turn destabilizes cell homeostasis, accompanied by a violation of not only the energy production of the cell, but also its subsequent death. The use of colamine as a component of the membrane framework, represented by phospholipids, as well as through conversion to choline as a participant in biological oxidation, with the energy support of succinic acid and the stimulating effect of Ribav (containing a large amount of antioxidants), significantly reduced the free radical process and, consequently, the intensity LPO processes.
The positive effect of the drugs also led to the stimulation of antioxidant defense systems in the form of activation of its enzymatic part - peroxidase 1.4 times and superoxide dismutase 1.5 times, respectively, compared with the control.
The intensity of the LPO process, presented in the experimental group, was optimal, which led to a positive dynamics of the viability of the quail of the experimental batch during the entire incubation period. All biochemical parameters are within the physiological norm.
Thus, prophylaxis with these natural metabolites during incubation of quail accompanied by various stresses prevented the excessive development of free radical processes, therefore, LPO intensity, which led to physiological acceleration, and an increase in embryonic viability indicates the usefulness of the manifested effect.
