Abstract
L'invention concerne une méthode de préparation de graphène par exfoliation mécanique et son application, la méthode comprenant les étapes suivantes : (1) la dispersion d'une matière première de graphite dans une solution aqueuse d'agent moussant pour obtenir une pré-dispersion de graphite ; et (2) le broyage de la pré-dispersion de graphite, puis l'obtention de graphène par lavage à l'aide d'eau, et le fractionnement centrifuge. La solution aqueuse d'agent moussant comprend les composants suivants : du sulfonate d'a-alcényle de sodium, du sulfate d'éther de polyoxyéthylène d'alcool gras de sodium, du diéthanolamide d'huile de coco, du polyéthylène glycol et de l'eau. Le graphite est utilisé comme matière première, le graphite est immergé dans la solution aqueuse d'agent moussant, puis broyé, et l'effet d'agitation à grande vitesse d'un dispositif de broyage entraîne le mouvement à grande vitesse d'un milieu de broyage pour générer un impact, un frottement et une force de cisaillement sur le graphite. L'agent moussant produit une grande quantité de mousse stable et fine dans une chambre de broyage fermée, une grande quantité de mousse peut générer une action de poussée, et soutient le graphite, et une surface de contact entre le graphite et le milieu de broyage est augmentée, ce qui permet d'obtenir un bon effet d'exfoliation.
