Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de préparation d'un matériau réfractaire à partir de résidus de batteries usagées. Le procédé comprend les étapes suivantes suivantes : (1) désassemblage de batteries usagées, puis tri de celles-ci pour obtenir des poudres d'électrodes positives et négatives, lixiviation des poudres d'électrodes positives et négatives avec un acide, filtration de celles-ci pour obtenir un laitier de graphite, puis soumission du filtrat à une élimination du cuivre, suivi par l'ajout d'un alcali pour une réaction de précipitation, le précipité résultant étant un laitier de fer-aluminium ; (2) enveloppement du laitier de graphite obtenu à l'étape (1) avec de l'argile humide pour former un matériau de noyau interne, puis le mélange de l'argile humide avec le laitier de fer-aluminium, l'enveloppement du matériau de noyau interne avec celui-ci, et le vieillissement du matériau de noyau interne enveloppé pour obtenir une ébauche ; (3) le pré-frittage, la calcination et le refroidissement de l'ébauche préparée à l'étape (2) pour obtenir un produit cuit ; et (4) le lavage et le séchage du produit cuit pour obtenir le matériau réfractaire. Au moyen du présent procédé, les résidus de déchets générés pendant le processus de récupération de batteries usagées peuvent être davantage recyclés, ce qui permet d'éviter qu'ils n'entraînent une pollution secondaire dans l'environnement.
