Abstract
L'invention concerne un procédé de préparation d'une feuille pré-revêtue (1) comprenant : - la fourniture d'une feuille pré-revêtue (1) comprenant un substrat métallique doté d'un pré-revêtement sur au moins l'une de ses faces ; - l'élimination par ablation laser d'au moins une partie du pré-revêtement sur ladite au moins une face de la feuille pré-revêtue (1) dans une zone d'élimination (6), ladite étape d'ablation étant mise en œuvre dans une installation (20). L'installation (20) comprend au moins un élément de protection (26) comprenant une surface de protection (28). Pendant l'étape d'ablation, la surface de protection (28) entre en contact avec la feuille pré-revêtue (1) dans une zone de contact en alignement avec le faisceau laser (22) lorsque le faisceau laser (22) retire la partie du pré-revêtement. Un plan tangent à ladite surface de protection (28) au niveau de la zone de contact forme un angle dièdre avec le plan de la face (12) de la feuille pré-revêtue (1), cet angle étant strictement inférieur à 90°.
