Abstract
Un método para preparar una hoja (1) pre-revestida que comprende: proporcionar una hoja (1) pre-revestida que comprende un substrato metálico provisto con un pre-revestimiento en por lo menos una de sus caras; remover a través de ablación láser por lo menos una porción del pre-revestimiento en la por lo menos una cara de la hoja (1) de pre-revestimiento en una zona (6) de remoción, la etapa de ablación se lleva a cabo en una instalación (20). La instalación (20) comprende por lo menos un elemento (26) protector que comprende una superficie (28) protectora. Durante la etapa de ablación, la superficie (28) protectora entra en contacto con la hoja (1) pre-revestida en el área de contacto en registro con el haz (22) de láser conforme el haz (22) de láser remueve la porción del pre-revestimiento. Un planto tangente a la superficie (28) protectora en el área de contacto forma un ángulo diedro con el plano de la cara (12) de la hoja (1) pre-revestida, este ángulo es estrictamente menor que 90°.
