Abstract
La invención se refiere a un método para producir una hoja metálica pre-revestida para soldarla a otra hoja metálica pre-revestida que comprende las siguientes etapas sucesivas: - proporcionar una hoja metálica pre-revestida (1) que comprende un sustrato metálico (3) provisto, en al menos una de sus caras (10), con una capa de pre-revestimiento (5), posteriormente, al menos parte de la capa de pre-revestimiento (5) se retira de al menos una cara (10) de dicha hoja metálica pre-revestida (1) para formar una zona de remoción (7), siendo dicha remoción realizada por el impacto de un rayo láser (15) sobre dicha capa de pre-revestimiento (5), comprendiendo la etapa de remoción, en el transcurso de la remoción, el desplazamiento relativo de dicho rayo láser (15) con respecto a la hoja metálica (1) en una dirección de avance (A). Durante la remoción, el rayo láser (15) está inclinado con relación a la cara (10) de la hoja metálica (1) de manera que la proyección ortogonal del rayo láser (15) sobre dicha cara (10) de la hoja metálica (1) se encuentra en la zona de la hoja metálica (1) en donde ya se ha realizado la remoción, y forma un ángulo de inclinación (a) de entre 12° y 50° con la dirección normal (N) a la superficie de la hoja metálica (1).
