Abstract
este método para preparar uma folha de metal pré-revestida para soldagem da mesma a outra folha de metal pré-revestida compreende as seguintes etapas sucessivas: - fornecer uma folha de metal pré-revestida (1) que compreende um substrato de metal (3) dotado, em pelo menos uma de suas faces (10), de uma camada de pré-revestimento (5), em seguida - remover, em pelo menos uma face (10) da dita folha de metal pré-revestida (1), pelo menos parte da dita camada de pré-revestimento (5) de modo a formar uma zona de remoção (7), sendo que a dita remoção é feita pelo impacto de um feixe de laser (15) na dita camada de pré-revestimento (5), sendo que a etapa de remoção compreende, no decorrer da remoção, o deslocamento relativo do dito feixe de laser (15) em relação à folha de metal (1) em uma direção de avanço (a). durante a remoção, o feixe de laser (15) é inclinado em relação à face (10) da folha de metal (1) de modo que a projeção ortogonal do feixe de laser (15) na dita face (10) da folha de metal (1) é localizada na zona da folha de metal (1) na qual a remoção já foi feita, e o mesmo forma um ângulo de inclinação (a) de entre 12 ° e 50 ° com a direção normal (n) à face (10) da folha de metal (1).
