Claims (9)
1. Postupak za oblaganje kalupa za stakleninu (1), izrađenog od lijevanog željeza, bronce ili čelika, tokom postupka se materijal za oblaganje navaruje, a postupak se sastoji u slijedećem:
- obrada ruba (C, F, J) kalupa (1) u cilju dobivanja ravnine (12), na primjer ravne ili ukošene površine, a postupak je naznačen time da obuhvaća slijedeće korake:
- nanošenje određene količine materijala za oblaganje (11) na ravninu (12) obrađenog ruba (C, F, J), materijal za oblaganje (11) se sastoji od metala ili metalne legure, uz istovremeno
- lokalno zavarivanje materijala za oblaganje (11) na ravninu (12) pomoću snopa (21) lasera (2), u cilju formiranja pojačane zone (111)
pri čemu je ravnina (12) kalupa koji se oblaže (1) smještena na udaljenosti između 2 mm i 15 mm od žarišta (211) snopa (21) lasera (2).
2. Postupak prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, naznačen time da se koraci nanošenja i zavarivanje materijala za oblaganje provode bez prethodnog zagrijavanja kalupa (1).
3. Postupak prema jednom od patentnih zahtjeva 1 ili 2, naznačen time da je materijal za oblaganje (11) u praškastom obliku.
4. Postupak prema patentnom zahtjevu 3, naznačen time da se materijal za oblaganje (11) nanosi na kalup prskanjem pomoću mlaznice (3).
5. Postupak prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, naznačen time da se materijal za oblaganje (11), nanosi prskanjem na ravninu (12), ispod žarišta (211) snopa (21) lasera (2).
6. Postupak prema jednom od patentnih zahtjeva 1 ili 5, naznačen time da je žarište (211) postavljeno na približno deset milimetara od ravnine (12).
7. Postupak za oblaganje prema jednom od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 6, kod kojeg se izvode jedan ili dva prolaza snopa (21) lasera (2) po ravnini (12) kalupa (1) koji se oblaže, kontroliranom brzinom prolaza.
8. Postupak prema patentnom zahtjevu 7, naznačen time da je brzina prolaza između 600 mm/min i 2000 mm/min.
9. Postupak za oblaganje prema jednom od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 8, koji sadrži dodatni korak obrade pojačane zone (111).
