Abstract
L'invention porte sur des compositions de matériau de construction en poudre ne produisant pas d'efflorescence, sans ciment et dispersibles dans l'eau améliorées comprenant un homopolymère ou copolymère comme liant, utiles pour la préparation de formulations humides de coulis de plâtre, de revêtements imperméabilisants ou de mortiers pour la construction et l'industrie du génie civil. La composition sèche redispersible d'enduit de finition polymère comprend : un liant organique poudreux comprenant un polymère obtenu par séchage par atomisation ou lyophilisation d'une dispersion contenant ledit polymère et un colloïde protecteur ; un agent de déprotection ; une charge adsorbante spécifique ; et/ou une charge ; et/ou un rétenteur d'eau ; et/ou un agent minéral modifiant la rhéologie ; et/ou un agent antimousse ; et/ou un biocide ; et/ou un pigment. L'invention porte également sur les procédés de préparation de ces compositions sèches et formulations humides, sur l'application de ces dernières sur la surface de bâtiments ou d'ouvrage de génie civil, sur les revêtements ainsi obtenus ainsi que sur les éléments ainsi revêtus. Les applications de ces formulations humides peuvent également être des joints durcis ou d'autres produits durcis pour la construction ainsi que des objets en masse durcis. Tous ces produits durcis sont remarquablement résistants à l'eau, ne produisent pas d'efflorescence et sont faciles à obtenir.
