Abstract
Cette invention concerne des molécules se liant à l'antigène (ABM). Dans des modes de réalisation particuliers, cette invention concerne des anticorps monoclonaux recombinés, comprenant des anticorps chimériques, primatisés ou humanisés ou des variants de ceux-ci spécifiques des antigènes CEA humains liés à la surface des cellules ou à la membrane. De plus, cette invention concerne des molécules d'acides nucléiques codant pour ces ABM, et des vecteurs et des cellules hôtes comprenant lesdites molécules d'acides nucléiques. Cette invention concerne, en outre, des procédés de production d'ABM selon l'invention, et des méthodes d'utilisation de ces ABM pour traiter des maladies. Des ABM à glycosylation modifiée ayant des propriétés thérapeutiques améliorées, comprenant des anticorps présentant une liaison accrue aux récepteurs Fc et une fonction effectrice accrue sont également décrites.
