- LV 10090 IZGUDROJUMA FORMULA SLĀPEKLI UN SĒRU SATUROŠIE HETEROCIKLISKIE SAVIENOJUMI 1. Slāpekli un sēru saturošie heterocikliskie savienojumi ar formulu 1 R6 i CH Ar-R'-CH -(Clļ^-N/^S R2 (CH)„—C—R5 L K R3 R4 kur Ar - fenilgrupa, kura nepieciešamības gadījumā var būt aizvietota ar vienu Cļ-4 alkil-, C1-4 alkoksil-, C1.4 alkiltio-, nitro- vai fenilgrupu, vai vienu vai diviem halogēniem, vai vienlaicīgi ar vienu Cļ.4 alkil- un C1-4 alkoksigrupu, vai tienilgrupa, kura nepieciešamības gadījumā var tikt aizvietota ar halogēnu vai C1.4 alkilgrupu. R^ - karbonilgrupa vai etilēnkarbonilgrupa, R2 - ūdeņraža atoms, C-ļ_4 alkil-, fenil- vai benzil- grupa, R2 - ūdeņraža atoms vai C1.4 alkoksikarbonilgrupa, R4 un R5 - nozīmē, neatkarīgi vienam no otra, ūdeņraža atomu vai C1.4 alkilgrupu, R® - ūdeņraža atoms vai Cļ.4 alkilgrupa, m=0 vai 1, n=1 vai 2, ar nosacījumu, ka R2 nozīmē ūdeņraža atomu, kad m=0, vai šo savienojumu hlorūdeņraža, bromūdeņraža vai metānsulfoskābes pievienošanas sāli, kuriem piemīt antihipoksiska aktivitāte.
