DESCRIPTION LU505428
THREE-DIMENSIONAL INTERPLANTING METHOD OF STROPHARIA
RUGOSO-ANNULATA AND SOLANUM TUBEROSUM
The invention relates to the field of edible fungi planting, in particular to a three-dimensional interplanting method of Stropharia rugoso-annulata and Solanum tuberosum.
Stropharia rugoso-annulata farlow apud Murrill belongs to fungi, Basidiomycetes,
Strata, Agaricus, Pleurotus. Stropharia rugoso-annulata is rich in nutrients and has a fresh and tender taste, and is a mushroom species recommended by the Food and Agriculture
Organization of the United Nations (FAO) to developing countries and one of the top ten varieties in the international mushroom trading market. Its cultivation scope and scale in
China are increasing year by year.
In the 1960s, Germany was the first to carry out artificial cultivation of the Stropharia rugoso-annulata. In the 1990s, China began to introduce and cultivate. The raw materials for the Stropharia rugoso-annulata are widely sourced, making it particularly suitable for cultivation with crop straw such as rice straw and wheat straw. Its production process can use raw materials or short-term fermented materials for cultivation, without the need for sterilization. The current cultivation of Stropharia rugoso-annulata can be carried out in greenhouses for ground bed cultivation, box cultivation, and bed frame cultivation, as well as outdoor raw material cultivation. Due to its simple production process, easy management, low cultivation cost, good economic benefits, and no need for special equipment, its development prospects are broad.
The cultivation technology of Stropharia rugoso-annulata has become increasingly mature, with the main cultivation method being field raw material bed planting. However, this cultivation method cannot fully utilize land resources. As is well known, China's per capita land resources are insufficient, and the contradiction between land resource shortage and people's survival needs is becoming increasingly prominent. Solanum tuberosum is an annual LU505428 herbaceous plant of the Solanaceae family and the Solanaceae genus. Their planting time coincides with the cultivation time of the mushroom, and they can be cultivated in winter fallow fields. In order to fully utilize land resources, develop efficient agriculture, three-dimensional agriculture, and circular agriculture, the present invention involves three-dimensional intercropping of Stropharia rugoso-annulata and Solanum tuberosum.
In order to make full use of land resources and develop high-efficiency agriculture, three-dimensional agriculture and circular agriculture, the invention aims to provide a planting mode of three-dimensionally interplanting of Stropharia rugoso-annulata and
Solanum tuberosum, improve the utilization efficiency of land resources and multiple cropping index, and achieve high-efficiency planting.
The invention is realized by the following scheme.
A three-dimensional interplanting method of stropharia rugoso-annulata and solanum tuberosum comprises: 1) sowing solanum tuberosum: from the middle and late November to the middle of
December, preparing the winter fallow field for planting blocks, wherein the thickness of loose soil layer is 30 cm, ridging and bedding, wherein the width of bedding surface is 90cm, the width of ridge and furrow is 30-35cm and the height of ridge of 15-20cm; the dosage of base fertilizer: 500 - 1000kg of organic fertilizer and 100kg of sulfur-based compound fertilizer per mu; cutting Solanum tuberosum seeds into pieces and dressing seeds after seed solanum tuberosum are germinated, and when sowing, the buds of the solanum tuberosum pieces are upward; 2) cultivating stropharia rugoso-annulata: soaking dry straw in water for 24-48h by soaking or spraying, and spreading the soaked straw on the soil after solanum tuberosum sowing; when spreading materials, firstly spreading a layer of rice straw on the soil surface with the thickness of 2.0-2.5 cm, and evenly sowing a layer of strains on the rice straw; spreading a second layer of straw with the thickness of 3.0-3.5 cm, and uniformly spreading a layer of strains on the straw; then spreading a third layer of straw with the thickness of 3.0-3.5 cm, and spreading strains on the straw surface to seal the material surface, wherein sowing LU505428 adopts layer sowing or spread sowing, with 600 bags of strains per mu of field; after sowing, covering the spread with black film, and culturing mycelium at natural temperature to form three-dimensional cultivation of stropharia rugoso-annulata and solanum tuberosum, 3) management after three-dimensional cultivation: after solanum tuberosum emerges, breaking the film to release solanum tuberosum seedlings; after 30 days of sowing stropharia rugoso-annulata, when that stem part of solanum tuberosum has been exposed from the soil surface and the mycelium of stropharia rugoso-annulata has grown to 2/3 of the culture material, covering the surface of the rice straw with soil with the thickness of 2-4 cm, watering to keep the water holding rate of soil 36 - 37%; when the soil is too dry, irrigating furrows between the ridges, and draining water in time after the soil is wet; draining water in furrows during rainstorm; spraying paclobutrazol when the top of solanum tuberosum seedling grows vigorously to control the vain growth of solanum tuberosum plants; spraying microbial agents to prevent solanum tuberosum late blight began in late March; 4) harvesting: (1) stropharia rugoso-annulata harvesting: when the fungus membrane of the fruiting body of stropharia rugoso-annulata has not been broken or just broken and the fungus cover is bell-shaped, it is the appropriate harvesting period of stropharia rugoso-annulata; after picking mushrooms, filling the hole left on the mushroom bed with soil; harvesting stropharia rugoso-annulata during the whole growth period; (2) timely harvesting of solanum tuberosum: from mid-April to early May, when solanum tuberosum stems and leaves turn from green to yellow and wither gradually, harvesting in sunny days when the soil is dry, and preventing solanum tuberosum from turning green after harvesting.
The dry straw for spreading is 7-7.5 kg per square meter.
The weight of each bag of the strain is 250-300g; when sowing, the strain is egg-shaped with a diameter of 1-1.5cm.
The microbial agent is mancozeb, chlorothalonil or a mixture of the two.
The step 4) further comprises roughly processing stropharia rugoso-annulata by adopting a salting or drying method.
According to the invention, solanum tuberosum is planted in winter fallow fields, and LU505428 then straw soaked with water is spread on the soil after solanum tuberosum sowing to cultivate stropharia rugoso-annulata, so that stropharia rugoso-annulata and solanum tuberosum is effectively combined to form a three-dimensional interplanting, and the utilization efficiency of land resources and multiple cropping index are effectively improved.
After interplanting solanum tuberosum and stropharia rugoso-annulata in winter fallow field, stropharia rugoso-annulata can be harvested in three batches, and solanum tuberosum can also be harvested. There are two crops harvested in the same cultivated area, thus significantly improving the economic benefits of planting and achieving the purpose of efficient planting.
The three-dimensional interplanting method of stropharia rugoso-annulata and solanum tuberosum provided by the invention changes the conventional cultivation mode of stropharia rugoso-annulata through the three-dimensional cultivation of stropharia rugoso-annulata and solanum tuberosum, and makes it possible to efficiently utilize land resources, thus making it possible for farmers to efficiently plant. The technical scheme of that invention has the follow advantages. (1) Compared with the conventional cultivation method, the yield and quality of stropharia rugoso-annulata obtained by the three-dimensional interplanting method provided by the invention are not obviously different, even better than the conventional cultivation method, but the economic benefits of growers are greatly improved. (2) By adopting the stereoscopic interplanting method provided by the invention, the yield and quality of the obtained solanum tuberosum are not obviously different from those of the conventional planting method, but the utilization efficiency of land resources and multiple cropping index are greatly improved. (3) It can promote the transformation and upgrading of the edible fungus industry, accelerate the development of high-efficiency agriculture, three-dimensional agriculture and circular agriculture, and achieve the purpose of increasing agricultural efficiency and increasing farmers' income, so that the edible fungus industry can develop healthily, continuously and steadily.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE FIGURES LU505428
Fig. 1 is a schematic diagram of a planting block formed by land preparation and border formation in the present invention;
Fig. 2 is a cross-sectional view of the planting block in the present invention.
The present invention will be further illustrated with examples below, but it is not intended to limit the scope of the present invention.
Embodiment: A three-dimensional interplanting method of stropharia rugoso-annulata and solanum tuberosum 1. Test materials: seed solanum tuberosum, stropharia rugoso-annulata (Gutian No.1), straw, etc. 2. Test method: using winter fallow fields, solanum tuberosum is cultivated in paddy fields by conventional methods. Soil preparation and border cultivation are used to form planting block 1, with the thickness of loose soil layer of 30cm, ridge cultivation, border surface width of 90cm, ridge furrow width of 30-35cm and ridge height of 15-20cm; the dosage of base fertilizer 3: 500-1000kg of organic fertilizer and 100kg of sulfur-based compound fertilizer per mu; the solanum tuberosum seed solanum tuberosum 4 is cut into pieces and seed dressing after germination, and when sowing, the bud of the solanum tuberosum block is upward; after sowing, cover the soil 7 first, and then cover the film. Five days later, 18-22kg of dry straw was completely soaked, the film was peeled off, and the water-absorbing straw 5 was laid flat on the soil 7 after sowing the solanum tuberosum, and three layers of straw 5 were laid in total to form a three-dimensional cultivation. Sowing with a layer of straw 5 and a layer of stropharia rugoso-annulata strain 6, and covering with a black film after sowing. After the solanum tuberosum seedlings emerge, the film is broken to release the solanum tuberosum seedlings 8; after the mycelium of stropharia rugoso-annulata 9 is covered with straw, the material surface is covered with soil 7 with a thickness of 3cm.
Taking the conventional stropharia rugoso-annulata 9 cultivation plot as the contrast, the yield indexes of stropharia rugoso-annulata 9 and solanum tuberosum were recorded respectively, and the economic benefits of them are compared.
3. Test results: LU505428 (D Three-dimensional interplanting and conventional cultivation plots of 1.9 m” were randomly selected for yield measurement, and the yield results were as follows:
Three-dimensional interplanting yield: the total fresh mushroom yield of three batches of stropharia rugoso-annulata: 10.6 kg; solanum tuberosum yield: 4.5 kg.
Yield of conventional stropharia rugoso-annulata cultivation method: the total fresh mushroom yield of 3 batches of stropharia rugoso-annulata is 9.9 kg. @ Comparison of economic benefits (calculated by 1.9 m?):
Three-dimensional interplanting: stropharia rugoso-annulata: 10.6 kgx4.4 CNY /kg=46.64 CNY; Solanum tuberosum: 4.5kgx4.0 CNY /kg=18.0 CNY;
Total income: 46.64 CNY +18.0 CNY =64.64 CNY.
Conventional cultivation methods of stropharia rugoso-annulata: stropharia rugoso-annulata: 9.9kgx4.4 CNY /kg=43.56 CNY,
Therefore, the three-dimensional interplanting mode increases the economic benefit compared with the conventional mode: 64.64 CNY-43.56 CNY =21.08 CNY. © If calculated by 1 m? the increased economic benefit of 1 m” field is: 21.08
CNY+1.9 m°=11.09 CNY/m°.
From the above, it can be seen that the three-dimensional interplanting method of stropharia rugoso-annulata and solanum tuberosum can significantly improve the economic benefits of growers. 4. Main agricultural technology operation scheme (1) Land selection: select paddy fields with fertile soil, deep and loose soil layer, good air permeability and irrigation facilities. (2) Soil preparation and fertilization: the paddy field is prepared into planting blocks 1, the thickness of loose soil layer is 30cm, ridge cultivation is carried out, the border surface is 90cm wide, the ridge furrow 2 is 30-35cm wide, and the ridge height is 15-20cm. It is required that the soil blocks are finely divided and the bottom of the ridge furrow 2 is straight.
The dosage of base fertilizer 3:500-1000 kg of commercial organic fertilizer and 100 kg of sulfur-based compound fertilizer per mu.
(3) Accelerating germination: accelerating germination 30-40 days before sowing.
Firstly, LU505428 taking out the seed solanum tuberosum 4, strictly select the seed solanum tuberosum 4, removing the rotten solanum tuberosum, spreading solanum tuberosum seed solanum tuberosum 4 in scattered light, keeping the temperature at 15-20°C, directly urging out short and strong buds, and sowing.
No matter whether it is whole sowing or cutting sowing, it is necessary to accelerate germination before sowing, so as to ensure the whole seedling, promote early maturity and increase production and harvest.
(4) Timely sowing:
(D sowing time: from mid-late November to mid-December.
2 advocate sowing with small whole solanum tuberosum, increase the number of tubers and achieve high yield.
© Cutting solanum tuberosum.
The solanum tuberosum pieces should not be too small (generally 30g/piece), and the terminal buds should be well divided to give full play to their advantages.
Disinfect the knives well, prepare 2-3 knives and put them in 75% alcohol or 0.2% potassium permanganate disinfectant.
When the diseased solanum tuberosum is cut, switch to sterilized knives to reduce the spread of diseases.
@ Seed dressing.
After soaking seeds with 40% chlorothalonil suspension concentrate (800 times) and other fungicides for half a minute, seed dressing with plant ash or calcium magnesium phosphate fertilizer will promote the cutting edge to heal as soon as possible, reduce rotten seeds, increase potassium and prevent diseases.
@ Weeding.
Seven days before sowing, use 50% herbicide 150ml/mu or acetochlor 150ml/mu to weed and prevent weeds from sprouting.
® Sow.
Solanum tuberosum seeds with the same position or similar bud length are sown in the same ridge, which is convenient for seedling uniformity and management.
When sowing, the solanum tuberosum buds (eyes) face upwards and then cover the soil 7.
(5) Soaking the straw 5: after the previous procedures are completed, the stropharia rugoso-annulata is cultivated.
To cultivate stropharia rugoso-annulata, straw 5 should be soaked in water in advance.
Near the rice field, soak or spray the grass while stepping on it, so that the rice straw 5 absorbs enough water.
The soaking or spraying time of straw 5 is generally controlled in 24~48 hours to make it absorb enough water.
The water-soaked rice LU505428 straw 5 is allowed to drip naturally for 12-24 hours to make its water content reach 70%-75%.
(6) Spreading and sowing: spreading the water-soaked straw 5 on the soil 7 after solanum tuberosum sowing; when spreading materials, first spread a layer of rice straw 5 on the surface of soil 7, with the thickness of 2.0-2.5 cm, and evenly sow a layer of stropharia rugoso-annulata 6 on the rice straw 5; spreading a second layer of straw 5, wherein the thickness of the straw 5 is 3.0-3.5 cm, and uniformly spreading a layer of stropharia rugoso-annulata strain 6 on the straw; then spreading a third layer of straw 5, wherein the thickness of the straw 5 is 3.0-3.5 cm, and spreading stropharia rugoso-annulata strain 6 on the surface of the straw 5 to seal the material surface; Sowing adopts layer sowing or spread sowing, and when sowing, stropharia rugoso-annulata strain 6 is broken into an egg shape with a diameter of 1-1.5 cm; there are 600 bags of strains for 1 mu of field, and the weight of each bag is 250-300g.
(7) Film mulching: after the mushroom is piled and sown, it is covered with black plastic film.
(8) Management of budding period: the control of temperature and humidity is the central link in the cultivation and management of stropharia rugoso-annulata.
The suitable culture temperature for stropharia rugoso-annulata mycelium growth stage is 22-28°C, the water content of culture medium is 70-75%, and the relative humidity of air is 75-80%.
(9) After the solanum tuberosum emerges, break the film and release the solanum tuberosum seedlings 8, and seal the broken film with soil.
(10) Pile up the surface and cover the soil: after 30 days of sowing, when the solanum tuberosum stalk has been exposed from the soil surface and the mycelium of stropharia rugoso-annulata has grown to 2/3 of the culture material, cover the straw surface with soil 7.
(11) Method of covering soil: spread the rice field soil 7 prepared in advance on the bacterial bed with a thickness of 2-4 cm.
After covering the soil, wet 7 layers of soil to keep the water holding rate of soil 7 36-37%.
(12) Irrigation and drainage.
When the soil 7 is too dry, irrigation and drainage are carried out in the ridge ditch 2 between the ridges, and the soil 7 is drained in time after it is wet; drain the accumulated water in the ridge ditch 2 during the storm.
(13) Control the excessive growth of solanum tuberosum plants. Before flowering, 25kg/ LU505428 mu of compound fertilizer can be applied; after flowering, spraying paclobutrazol plant growth regulator when the top end of solanum tuberosum seedling 8 grows vigorously. (14) Prevention and control of solanum tuberosum diseases and insect pests. Pest control shall be carried out in late March or after full seedling. When the length of solanum tuberosum seedling 8 is 15-20cm, it can be combined with the prevention of late blight, and protective fungicides such as mancozeb and chlorothalonil can be sprayed alternately or mixed every 7 - 10 days for 4 - 5 times. When spraying, foliar fertilizer with calcium supplement can be combined to enhance cold resistance and improve its stress resistance. In case of continuous rainy weather, it should be prevented in time. If the diseased plants have been found, they should be eliminated in time, and at the same time, internal inhalation therapeutic fungicides such as Ruidu, Ethyl Phosphate and Kelu should be sprayed alternately. (15) Management of stropharia rugoso-annulata fruiting: stropharia rugoso-annulata mycelium grows to the covering layer. Under normal circumstances, small mushroom buds will grow on the 7th surface of the soil 15-20 days after covering the soil, and water is sprayed on the 7th surface of the soil every day to keep the relative humidity of the space 90-95%. The stems and leaves of solanum tuberosum just provide a suitable cool environment for the growth of stropharia rugoso-annulata. (16) Harvesting of stropharia rugoso-annulata 9: when the bacterial membrane of the fruiting body has not yet broken or just broken, and the cap is bell-shaped, it is the suitable harvesting period of stropharia rugoso-annulata 9. For mushrooms that meet the harvesting standards, grasp the lower part of the mushroom body with your thumb, forefinger and middle finger, twist it slightly, loosen it and then pull it up. The harvested mushrooms can be sold as fresh mushrooms or rough processing by cutting off the mushroom feet with soil. The rough processing method is to salt or dry the fresh mushrooms.
After picking mushrooms, fill the hole left on the mushroom bed in time. stropharia rugoso-annulata 9 can harvest 3 tidal mushrooms during the whole growth period. (17) Timely harvesting of solanum tuberosum: from mid-April to early May, when solanum tuberosum stems and leaves turn from green to yellow and wither gradually, choose sunny days when the soil is dry, and prevent them from turning green after harvesting.
The yield and quality of stropharia rugoso-annulata and solanum tuberosum obtained by LU505428 the three-dimensional interplanting method of the invention are similar to those obtained by conventional planting methods, but the utilization efficiency of land resources and the economic benefits of farmers are obviously improved, and this method is more suitable for large-scale planting.
