Claims (10)

  1. 하기 : -성분들이 본질적으로 완전하게 결합할 수 있는 표면을 갖는 다수의 자기입자, 및 -부형제로 이루어지는, 시료의 성분들을 정제에 결합시키기 위한 시약 제제.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 성분의 결합을 용이하게 하는 부형제를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 시약 제제.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 자기 입자간 100㎛이하의 직경을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 시약 제제.
  4. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 자기 입자가 유리-유사 표면을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 시약 제제.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 정제가 5㎎ 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 시약 제제.
  6. 제4항에 있어서, 부형제가 카오트로픽 염인 것을 특징으로 하는 시약 제제.
  7. 핵산을 결합시키기 위한 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 시약 제제의 용도.
  8. 핵산을 정제하기 위한 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 시약 제제의 용도.
  9. 하기 : -자기 입자 및 가용성 부형제를 함유하는 정제를 시료에 첨가하고, 및 -시료중 정제를 이동시키는 것으로 이루어지는, 시료중 자기 입자의 현탁액 제조 방법.
  10. 하기의 단계 : -다수의 자기 입자-함유 정제를 함유하는 디스펜서를 제공하고, 및 -디스펜서를 활성화시켜 정제를 방출시키는 것으로 이루어지는, 자기 입자를 시료에 혼합시키는 방법.
