Abstract

이것은 강도가 약하며 내연기관의 시동후에 자주 파열된다.
이에 대하여 신규 공기흡입관은 공기흡입과나(1)내 스로틀밸브 조인트 아래에 대기에 이르는 구멍(2)에 있으며 이는 공기흡입관(1)내 압력에 따라 반응하는 밸브(3)에 의하여 제어되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
신규 공기흡입관은 차량용 내용기관에 적합하다.

내연기관의 얇은 공기흡입관
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 내연기관의 한 실린더에 이르는 도시되어 있지 않은 스로틀밸브 조인트 아래에 위치한 합성수지-/금속공기흡입관(1)을 통과하는 한 단면을 보여주고 있다.

Claims (4)

  1. 내연기관의 실린더에 이르는 접속찬넬을 가지며 최소한 내연기관에 의하여 흡입된 연소공기를 제어하는 스롯틀밸브 조인트를 가지는 내연기관용의 얇은 두께의 공기흡입관에 있어서, 공기흡입관(1)에 스로틀밸브 조인트 아래로 대기에 이르는 구멍(2)이 있어서 공기흡입관(1)의 압력에 반응하는 밸브(3)에 의하여 제어되는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기흡입관.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 밸브(3)는 하나의 열가소성-우산형밸브(4)로 구성되어 있어서 바(5)와 더불어 중앙의 구멍(6)에 돌출해 있으며 나사부시(8)의 핀 부착물(7)에 의하여 지지되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기흡입관.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 나사부시(8)는 리브(9)에 의하여 나사부시 전면과 떨어진 칼라링(10)을 가지고 이 위에서 카바캡이 열리며 이와 더불어 잠금쇠(19)에 의하여 끼워지는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기흡입관.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 나사부시(8)의 리브(9)들은 하나의 공구 끼움부(12)를 형성함으로 나사부시(9)가 구멍(2)에 끼워질 수 있게 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기흡입관.
