Abstract
공급해야 할 환원제를 배기가스 내로 공급하기 전에 완전히 증발시키는 것을 목적으로 한다. 중공체(41)가 금속으로 이루어진 슬리브로 이루어지며, 이 슬리브가 그 내실을 배기 가스에 연통시키기 위해 그 단부면에 출구(43)를 구비하고 있는 것을 특징으로 한다.

제1도는 본 발명을 기초로 한 장치를 구비한 자기 점화식 내연 기관의 연료 공급 기구의 개략도.
제2도는 환원제의 조제를 위한 본 발명을 기초로 한 중공체를 단면으로 도시한 도면.
Claims (10)
- 내연기관의 배기 가스 후처리를 위한 장치로서, 배기가스성분의 환원에 도움을 주는 환원 촉매(11)를 구비하고 있으며, 이 환원 촉매에 배기관(9)이 통하고 있으며, 환원촉매(11)에 공급되는 배기 가스 흐름내에 공급해야 할 환원제의 유량 조절을 위한 장치로서 전기적으로 제어되는 밸브(23)가 설치되어 있으며, 또 유량 절된 환원제를 배기 가스 내로의 공급에 앞서서 증발시키기 위한 증발장치(26)가 설치 되어 있으며, 이 증발장치(26)가 배기관(9) 벽을 통하여 배기 가스 흐름내로 돌입하고 있고 적어도 1개의 출구(43)를 거쳐서 배기 가스 흐름에 연통한 중공체(41)를 구비하고 있으며, 이 중공체의 내실(44)내에 그 내벽에 ㅐ해 약간의 간격을 두고 가열체(40)가 돌입하고 있으며, 이 가열체에 의해 내실의 잔여 공간 내에 공급된 환원제가 기화 온도까지 가열되는 형식의 내연 기관의 배기 가스 후처리를 위한 장치에 있어서, 중공체(41)가 금속으로 이루어진 슬리브로 이루어지며 이 슬리브가 그 내실을 가스에 연통시키기 위해 그 단부면에 출구(43)를 구비하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관의 배기 가스 후처리를 위한 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 가열체가 전기적으로 가열되는 글로우 플러그(40)로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 중공체(41)가 그 단부면(42)에서 배기관(9) 내로 안내된 배기 가스의 핵류내로 돌입하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 글로우 플러그(40)가 교환 가능하게 고정 부재(29)에 결합되어 있으며, 이 고정 부재가 배기관(9)의 내벽에 삽입되어 있으며, 또 이 고정 부재를 통해 증발시키도록 환원제를 공급하는 공급통로(47)가 고정 부재에 고정된 중공체(41)의 내실(44,45)로 통하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 중공체(41)가 그 내부에 돌입한 글로우 플러그(40)와 함께 나사 삽입식 결합 부재(29)로서 형성되어 있어 배기관(9)의 벽내에 나사 삽입된 고정 부재의 축선에 대해 편심적으로 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제5항에 있어서, 나사 삽입식 결합 부재(29)에 전기적으로 제어되는 밸브(23)를 위한 유지 박판(55)이 고정되어 있으며, 이 밸브(23)가 짧은 접속 도관(51)을 거쳐서 공급 통로(47)에 접속되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제6항에 있어서, 유지 박판(55)이 밸브(23)의 길이 방향을 향하고 있고 배기관의 주위 벽에 대해 수직으로 위치하는 외투면에 의해, 밸브(23)를 3개의 측으로 둘러싸여 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제7항에 있어서, 유지박판(55)이 밸브(23)를 유지 박판(55)에 결합시키는 걸림 수단(54)을 구비하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제8항에 있어서, 나사 삽입식 결합 부재(29)가 나사 삽입식 결합 부재를 배기관(9) 내로 나사 삽입하기 위한 6각부(50)와 같은 형상 결합면을 구비하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 환원제로서 디젤연료와 같은 연료가 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
