Abstract
운전자의 의지와는 상관없이 제어 가능한 블레이크 서보에 의하여 구동 슬립 제어 및/또는 방향 안정성을 성취하도록 안티록 자동차 제어 시스템을 작동시키기 위핸 방법에 있어서, 브레이크 서보(5)는 운전자의 제어 작동과는 완전히 독립적으로 작동되며 소정의 휠 제동 압력은 유압 유니트(2)에 의하여 설정된다. 브레이크 서보(5)에 의하여 공급될 수 있는 압력이 불충분하다면, 제1밸브(10)는 잠금 위치에 설정되며 리턴 펌프(13)에 의하여 추가의 압력이 휠 브레이크(17,18)에 가해진다.

제1도는 본 발명의 방법을 실시할 수 있는 안티록 자동차 브레이크 시스템의 구조를 도시하는 도면이다.
Claims (6)
- 운전자의 의지와는 상관없이 작동 가능한 공기 제동력 부스터와, 제동력 부스터의 하류측에 연결되며 유압 유니트를 경유하여 각각의 차량 휠과 상호작용하는 휠 브레이크에 연결된 압력 챔버를 구비한 마스터 브레이크 실린더를 포함하며, 상기 유압 유니트는 리턴 펌프와, 저압 어큐뮬레이터와, 마스터 브레이크 실린더와 휠 브레이크 사이에 삽입된 제1밸브와, 그리고 마스터 브레이크 실린더와 리턴 펌프 사이에 삽입된 제2밸브를 구비하는, 구동 안정성 제어 및/또는 트랙션 슬립제어(DSC/TCS)용 안티록 자동차 블레이크 시스템의 작동 방법에 있어서, 제어가 개시되면, 제동력 부스터(5)가 운전자의 의지와는 상관없이 최대 획득 가능한 상승력을 제공하며, 소정의 제동 압력은 유압 유니트(2)에 의하여 조절되며, 제동력 부스터(5)에 의하여 공급될 수 있는 압력이 불충분하다면 제1밸브(10)는 폐쇄 위치로 전환되며, 휠 블레이크(17,18)의 추가의 압력 증가가 리턴 펌프(13)에 의하여 영향을 받는 것을 특징으로 하는 안티록 자동차 브레이크 시스템 작동 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 운전자에 의한 제동력 부스터(5)의 작동이 감지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 안티록 자동차 브레이크 시스템 작동 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 마스터 브레이크 실린더(3)에 가해지는 압력이 연속적으로 측정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 안티록 자동차 브레이크 시스템 작동 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 압력은 마스터 브레이크 실린더(3)의 압력 챔버에 연결된 압력 센서(32,33)에 의하여 측정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 안티록 자동차 브레이크 시스템 작동 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 제동력 부스터(5)에 의하여 공급될 수 있는 충분한 압력값이 얻어질 때 제1밸브(10)가 개방되는 것을 특징으로 하는 안티록 자동차 브레이크 시스템 작동 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 제어 작동의 마지막에, 휠 브레이크(17,18)로부터 저압 어큐뮬레이터(19)로 방출된 압력 유체를 복귀시킴으로써 제동력 부스터(5)가 초기 위치에 재설정될때까지, 제동력 부스터(5)의 독립 작동이 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 안티록 자동차 브레이크 시스템 작동 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
