Abstract

본 발명은 필처 재료, 및 기체 또는 액체 스트림을 다공질 중합체로 만든 필터 재료와 접촉시키는 기체 혼합물 및 액체로부터 성분들을 제거하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 이러한 다공질 중합체는 상 전위에 의해 균질한 용액으로부터 형성된다. 당해 필터 재료는 기체 스트림 및 액체로부터 특히 오존, 과산화수소, 질소 산화물, 할로겐 및 유기 과산화물을 선택적으로 제거하는데 사용할 수 있다.

Claims (14)

  1. 중합체 기재가 비표면적(BET)이 2㎡/g보다 큰 다공질 중합체를 포함하는, 기체 및 액체로부터 성분들을 제거하기 위한 중합체계 필터 재료.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 비표면적이 20 내지 400㎡/g인 필터 재료.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기한 유입관의 다른 선단(31)은 볼트(33)에 의해 케이싱에 고정됨과 더불어 다른 선단을 폐쇄 (32)하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유체처리장치.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항 중의 한 항에 있어서, 중합체 기재가 다음 화학식(I)의 반복 단위를 갖는 폴리페닐렌 설파이드인 필터 재료.
    상기 화학식에서, 라디칼 R은 동일하거나 상이하며 수소 원자, C1-C8-알킬 그룹, 할로겐 원자, -SO3H 또는 -COOH이다.
  5. 제1항 내지 제3항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 중합체 기재가 다음 화학식(Ⅱ)의 반복 단위를 갖는 폴리[2,6-디메틸페닐렌 옥사이드]인 필터 재료.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 중합체의 분자량이 4000 내지 200,000인 필터 재료.
  7. 용액으로부터 폴리아릴렌 설파이드 또는 폴리아릴렌 에테르 기재의 중합체를 상 전위에 의해 비표면적(BET)이 2㎡/g보다 큰 다공질 중합체를 변형시키는 단계를 포함하는, 다공질 중합체의 제조 방법.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 중합체를 용매에 용해시키고 이 용액을 목적하는 기하학적 형태로 만든 다음 실질적으로 전량의 용매가 비용매(non solvent)로 대체될 때까지 비용매와 접촉시킨 다음 이러한 용매를 건조시켜 제거하는 방법.
  9. 제7항 또는 제8항에 있어서, 중합체 기재가 다음 화학식(I)의 반복 단위를 갖는 폴리에틸렌 설파이드인 방법.
    상기 화학식에서, 라디칼 R은 동일하거나 상이하며 수소 원자, C1-C8-알킬 그룹, 할로겐 원자, -SO3H 또는 -COOH이다.
  10. 제7항 또는 제8항에 있어서, 중합체 기재가 다음 화학식(Ⅱ)의 반복 단위를 갖는 폴리아릴렌 에테르인 방법.
  11. 제7항 내지 제10항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 사용된 중합체의 분자량이 1000 내지 2,000,000인 방법.
  12. 화학수착에 의해 기체 및 액체로부터 성분들을 제거하기 위한, 제1항에 따르는 필터 재료의 용도.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 처리되는 액체 또는 기체를 필터 재료와 접촉시키는 용도.
  14. 제12항 또는 제13항에 있어서, 오존, 과산화수소, 질소 산화물 NOx(X〉1), 할로겐 또는 유기 과산화물을 제거하기 위한 용도.
