Abstract
폴리아릴렌 티오에테르의 표면 산화방법에서, 산화시킬 물질의 표면을 오존-함유 또는 액체와 접촉시킨다.
본 발명의 방법에 의해 제조된 물질은 항공기 구조물, 자동차 구조물 및 화학기기 구조물에 사용될 수 있다.

Claims (9)
- 산화시킬 물질의 표면을 오존 함유 기체 스트림 또는 오존이 용해된 액체와 접촉시킴을 포함하여, 폴리아릴렌 티오에테르를 표면 산화시키는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 오존/산소 또는 오존/공기 혼합물이 사용되는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 오존을 물 또는 아세트산에 용해시키는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 오존 농도가 1 내지 200g/m2인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 폴리아릴렌 티오에테르의 황 브릿지를 설폭사이드 및/또는 설폰으로 산화시키는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 하나 이상의 티오에테르 그룹을 함유하는 일반식(I)의 반복 단위를 갖는 직쇄 및/또는 측쇄 폴리아릴렌 시스템을 사용하는 방법.-[(Ar1)n-X]m-[(Ar2)i-Y]j-[(Ar3)k-Z]l-[(Ar4)oW]p- (I)상기식에서, Ar1, Ar2, Ar3, 및 Ar4는 각각 독립적으로 동일하거나 상이하며, 탄소수 6 내지 18의 아릴렌 시스템이고, W, X, Y 및 Z는 각각 독립적으로 동일하거나 상이하며, -SO2-, -S-, -SO-, -CO-, -CO2- 및 탄소수 1 내지 6, 바람직하게는 1 내지 4의 알킬렌 및 알킬리덴 그룹으로부터 선택되는 2가 결합그룹이고, n, m, i, j, k, l, o 및 p는 각각 독립적으로 0, 1, 2, 3 또는 4의 정수이고, 이의 합은 2 이상이어야 한다.
- 제6항에서, 폴리페닐렌 설파이드가 사용되는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, GPC에 의해 측정한 폴리아릴렌 티오에테르의 평균 분자량이 4,000 내지 200,000, 바람직하게는 10,000 내지 150,000, 특히 25,000 내지 100,000인 방법.
- 항공기 및 자동자 구조물 및 화학 기기 구조물에 사용하기 위한 제1항 내지 제8항 중의 어느 한 항에 따르는 방법에 의해 제조한 물질의 용도.※ 참고사항 :최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
