Abstract

제1도는 본 발명의 제1실시예에 의한 자기광 기록 시스템의 측면도이다, 제2도는 본 발명의 제2실시예에 의한 자기광 기록 매체의 측면도이다.

Claims (10)

  1. 투명한 기재(14) 및 그 기재상에 구비된 자기광 적층체를 포함하고, 상기 적층체는 두께 10nm 이하인 다수의 자기광 필름 층(20,30,40,50,60 및 70)을 포함하며, 인접한 자기광 필름 층들은 Y2O3를 주성분으로 하는 유전층(25,35,45,55 및 65)에 의해 분리되는 자기광 기록 매체(12,100).
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 각각의 유전층들의 두께가 1nm 이상인 매체.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 자기광 필름이 TbFeCo를 포함하는 매체.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 자기광 필름의 두께가 약 4nm 이하인 매체.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 자기광 적층체가 6개 이상의 자기광 필름 층을 포함하는 매체.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, YO2가 대략 Y2O3인 매체.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 유전층(15 및 75)가 자지광 적층체와 기재사이에, 그리고 적층체의 대향하는 단부상에 추가로 구비되는 매체.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 인접하는 자기광 필름층들이 투명한 스페이서 층(10)에 의해 서로 분리되는 매체.
  9. -투명한 기재(14); -TbFeCo를 포함하는 3개 이상의 자기광 층(20,30 및 40)을 포함하고, 각각의 층의 두께는 약 10nm 이하이며, 인접한 층들은 Y2O3를 주성분으로 하는 두께 약 1nm 이상의 유전층(25 및 35)에 의해 분리되어 있는 자기광 필름 적층체; 및 -보호층(78)을 포함하는 자기광 기록 매체(12).
  10. -투명한 기재(14) 및 그 기재상에 구비된 자기광 적층체를 포함하고, 상기 적층체는 두께 10nm 이하인 다수의 자기광 필름 층(20 및 30)을 포함하며, 인접한 층들은 Y2O3를 주성부능로 하는 유전층(25)에 의해 분리되는 자기광 기록 매체(12,100); -기재를 통해 매체에 입사하도록 배치되며, 자기광 층들중 하나 이상을 당해 층(들)을 자기화 반전시키기에 충분한 온도까지 가열할 수 있는 촛점 레이저(80) 및; 및-매체로부터 사출되는 반사 레이저 빔을 검출하도록 배치된 광검출기(90)을 포함하는 자기광 기록 시스템(10).
