Abstract
자동변속기 특히 차량용으로 감안된 자동변속기는 유체콘버터, 윤활장치와 주압력밸브에 의한 자동변속기의 제어- 및 조작장치에 유압을 공급하는 내치차펌프를 가지고 있다. 주압력밸브로부터 과유량이 과급찬넬(18)을 거쳐서 내치차펌프로 환류한다.
과급찬넬(18)은 내치차펌프 방향으로 점진적으로 감소되는 단면을 가지며 그의 내치차펌프 측단에 과즙노즐(20)을 가지고 있다. 과급찬넬(18)은 그의 과급노즐(20)과 함께 내치차펌프의 흡입영역 가까이 탱크와 연결되는 흡인찬넬(14)과 합류한다. 제작을 간소화하고 기능향상을 기하기 위하여 이는 특히 내치차펌프의 유리한 과급과 연계되며 동 과급찬넬(18)과 과급노즐(20)은 펌프하우싱(1)내에 완성 주조로 되었다.

제1도는 로타리펌프 부분에서 자동변속기를 관통하는 횡단면 일부이며, 제2도는 제1도에서 화살표에 따른 펌프하우싱의 평면도이다.
Claims (6)
- 유체콘버터(3), 공급펌프, 윤활장치 및 다수제어찬넬에 의한 자동변속기제어- 및 작동장치를 가지며, -이때 로타리펌프는 구동모터 회전수로 구동이되고- 이때 로타리펌프는 그의 과급을 위하여 저압상태의 저압수단의 과다유량이 공급되는 자동변속기 특히 차량용 자동변속기에 있어서, -자동변속기의 주압력밸브(7)로부터 나오는 과다유량은 로타리펌프의 과급찬넬(18)을 통하여 공급되고, -과급찬넬(18)은 계속 로타리펌프쪽으로 감소되는 단면과 그의 로타리펌프 측단에 과급노즐(20)을 가지며, -과급노즐(20)은 거의 로타리펌프의 흡입영역에서 탱크와 연결되는 흡입찬넬(14)과 합류하며, -과즙노즐(20)은 펌프하우싱에 통합되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동변속기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 과급찬넬(18)과 과급노즐(20)은 펌프하우싱(1)에 완성주조로 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동변속기.
- 제2항에 있어서, 로타리펌프는 내치차펌프(2)인 것을 특징으로 하는 자동변속기.
- 제3항에 있어서, 과급노즐(20)을 관류하는 구동유체 흐름은 내치차펌프(2)의 흡입포케트(15)의 중심선에 대하여 절선방향에 따르는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동변속기.
- 제3항에 있어서, 구동유체의 흐름은 내부휠(10) 및 내치차펌프(2)의 중공휠(11)의 운동방향과 일치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동변속기.
- 제4항 또는 제5항에 있어서, 과급노즐(20)을 관류하는 구동유체 흐름과 흡입찬넬(14)을 관류하는 흡입유체흐름 사이에 있어서 각도(α)범위는 10° 내지 60°인 것을 특징으로 하는 자동변속기.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
