Abstract
본 발명은 물을 함유하는 발포제로 열가소성 중합체 발포제 구조물을 제조하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 방법은, 중합체를 용융시켜 중합체 용융물을 형성시키는 단계(a), 브롬화된 지방족 난연제를 중항제 용융물에 혼입시키는 단계(b), 제1발포제를 중합체 용융물에 혼입시키고 혼합하여 제1발포성 겔을 형성시키는 단계(c), 제1발포성 겔을 적합한 발포 온도로 냉각시키는 단계(d), 물을 포함하는 제2발포제를 냉각된 제1발포성 겔에 혼입시키고 혼합하여 제2발포성 겔을 형성시키는 단계(e), 제2발포성 겔을 적합한 발포 온도로 임의로 추가로 냉각시키는 단계(f) 및 제2발포성 겔을 압출 다이를 통해서 압출시켜 발포제 구조물을 형성시키는 단계(g)와 같은 일련의 단계들을 포함한다. 발포성 겔을 냉각시킨 후, 본 방법에서 수발포제를 하류 혼입하는 것은 공정에서의 부식 문제를 감소시키거나 최소화한다. 또한, 발포제 구조물을 제조하는 장치가 기술되어 있다.

제1도는 본 발명의 공정을 수행하기 위한 압출기/혼합기 장치의 한 양태의 개략적인 대표도를 도시한 것이다, 제2도는 본 발명의 공정을 수행하기 위한 텐덤 압출 장치의 한 양태의 개략적인 대표도를 도시한 것이다, 제3도는 본 발명의 공정을 수행하기 위한 텐덤 압출 장치의 또다른 양태의 개략적인 대표도를 도시한 것이다, 제4도는 본 발명의 공정을 수행하기 위한 텐덤 압출 장치의 또다른 양태의 개략적인 대표도를 도시한 것이다. 제5도는 본 발명의 공정을 수행하기 위한 단일 압출기 장치의 한 양태의 개략적인 대표도를 도시한 것이다.
Claims (12)
- 열가소성 중합체 재료를 용융시켜 중합체 용융물을 형성시키는 단계(a), 브롬화된 지방폭 난연제를 중합체 용융물에 혼입시키는 단계(b), 제1발포제를 중합체 용융물에 혼입시키고 혼합하여 제1발포성 겔을 형성시키는 단계(c), 제1발포성 겔을 160℃ 이하의 온도로 냉각시키는 단계(d), 물을 함유하는 제2발포제를 냉각된 제1발포성 겔에 혼입시키고 혼합하여 제2발포성 겔을 형성시키는 단계(e), 제2발포성 겔을 적합한 발포 온도로 임의로 추가로 냉각시키는 단계(f) 및 다이를 통해서 제2발포성 겔을 압출시켜 발포제 구조물을 형성시키는 단계(g)를 포함하여, 열가소성 중합체 발포제 구조물을 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 열가소성 중합체가 폴리스티렌인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 브롬화된 지방족 난연제가 헥사브로모사이클로도데칸인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제1발포제가 이산화탄소인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제1발포성 겔이 150℃ 이하의 온도로 냉각되는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제1발포제가 제1혼합기로 주입되는 동안 중합체 용융물이 제1혼합기를 통과함으로써 제1발포제가 중합체 용융물에 혼입, 혼합되고, 제2발포제가 제2혼합기로 주입되는 동안 제1발포성 겔이 제2혼합기를 통과함으로써 제2발포제가 제1발포성 겔에 혼입, 혼합되는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 열가소성 중합체가 폴리프로필렌인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 중합체 재료가 제1압출기를 통과함으로써 용융되고, 제1발포제가 제1압출기로 주입되는 동안 중합체 용융물이 제1압출기를 통과함으로써 제1발포제가 중합체 용융물에 혼입, 혼합되며, 제2발포제가 제2압출기로 주입되는 동안 제1발포성 겔이 제2압출기를 통과함으로써 제2발포제가 제1발포성 겔에 혼입, 혼합되고, 열가소성 중합체 재료가 폴리스티렌을 포함하는 방법.
- 열가소성 중합체 재료를 용융시켜 중합체 용융물을 형성시키는 수단(a), 브롬화된 지방족 난연제를 중합체 용융물에 혼입시키는 수단(b), 제1발포제를 중합체 용융물에 혼입시키고 혼합하여 제1발포성 겔을 형성시키는 수단(c), 제1발포성 겔을 160℃ 이하의 온도로 냉각시키는 수단(d), 물을 포함하는 제2발포제를 냉각된 제1발포성 겔에 혼입시키고 혼합하여 제2발포성 겔을 형성시키는 수단(e), 제2발포성 겔을 적합한 발포 온도로 임의로 추가로 냉각시키는 임의의 수단(f) 및 압출 다이(g)를 포함하는, 열가소성 중합체 발포제 구조물 제조용 장치.
- 제9항에 있어서, 중합체 재료를 용융시키는 수단이 압출기를 포함하고, 제1발포제를 중합체 용융물에 혼입, 혼합시키는 수단이 제1혼합기를 포함하며, 발포성 겔을 냉각시키는 수단이 냉각기를 포함하고, 제2발포제를 발포성 겔에 혼입, 혼합시키는 수단이 제2혼합기를 포함하는 장치.
- 제9항에 있어서, 중합체 재료를 용융시키는 수단이 제1압출기를 포함하고, 발포성 겔을 냉각시키는 수단과 제2발포제를 발포성 겔에 혼입, 혼합시키는 수단이 제2혼합기를 포함하는 장치.
- 제9항에 있어서, 제1발포제를 혼입, 혼합하고 냉각시키는 수단과 제2발포제를 혼입, 혼합시키는 수단이 제2혼합기를 포함하는 장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
