Abstract

본 발명은, 박판 및 상기 박판을 보강하는 프로필을 포함하고, 상기 프로필이 섹션에 배치된 용접부에 의해 박판과 결합되도록 구성된 표면 부품에 관한 것이다. 프로필 및 박판 사이의 결합 영역에서 시이트 겹침을 피하고 결합 위치에서 박판의 조정 가능성을 향상시키기 위해, 섹션 사이에 있는 프로필의 에지 영역에 커트아우트카가 있다.

Claims (3)

  1. 하나의 박판, 및 상기 박판을 보강하며 박판에 대해 원래 수직인 적어도 하나의 프로필 프레임을 갖는 프로필을 포함하고, 박판에 접한 프로필외 프로필 레그가 섹션에서 박판과 용접 결합되도록 구성된 표면 부품, 특히 철도 차량의 차체를 지지하는 벽구조물에 있어서, 프로필(2, 3) 은 적어도 프로필 레그(6) 에 커트 아우트(7) 를 포함하고, 커트 아우트(7) 사이에 놓인 프로필 레그(6) 의 섹션(8) 에 의해 박판과 용접 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 표면 부품.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 프로필(2,3)은 박판(1)에 수직인 프로필 프레임(5)으로부터 박판(1)으로의 천이부에 프로필 프레임 (5)과 9O° 보다 큰 각(a)을 형성하는 프로필 레그(6)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 표면 부품.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 섹션(8)의 전면 에지 (11)가 필릿 용접(12)에 의해 박판(1)과 용접 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 표면 부품.
