Abstract

본 발명은 경화성 및/또는 경화된 탄성중합체 조성물의 제조방법 및 이 방법으로 제조된 경화성 및/또는 경화된 탄성중합체 조성물에 관한 것이다. 보다 상세하게는, 바람직한 구체예로서, 본 발명은 블로킹된 폴리이소시아네이트에 의해 경화될 수 있거나 및/또는 경화된 히드록실 및/또는 아민 관능기를 함유하는 탄성중합체에 관한 것이다. 바람직한 탄성중합체는 이소부틸렌 기제 탄성중합체를 포함한다.

Claims (19)

  1. 블로킹된(blocked) 폴리이소시아네이트를 블로킹해제시키는 온도 미만의 온도에서, 중량평균분자량(MW)이 60,000이고 히드록실 및/또는 아민 관능기를 함유하는 탄성중합체를 블로킹된 플리이소시아네이트와 혼합하는 것을 포함하는 경화성 탄성 중합체 조성물의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 폴리이소시아네이트를 블로킹해제시키고 경화 반응을 유발시키기에 충분한 온도로, 혼합된 조성물을 가열함을 추가로 포함하는 방법.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 폴리이소시아네이트를 블로킹해제시키기 위해 혼합물을 150 내지 200℃로 가열하는 방법.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 탄성중합체가 C4내지 C7이소올레핀을 포함하는 중합체인 방법.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 탄성중합체가 이소부틸렌 및 파라알킬 스티렌 및/또는 콘쥬게이트된 디올레핀의 공중합체인 방법.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 탄성중합체가 이소부틸렌 및 파라메틸-스티렌의 공중합체인 방법.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 블로킹된 폴리이소시아네이트가 블로킹된 방향족 폴리이소시아네이트, 블로킹된 지방족 폴리이소시아네이트 또는 블로킹된 지환족 폴리이소시아네이트인 방법.
  8. 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 블로킹된 폴리이소시아네이트가 히드록실 대 이소시아네이트 또는 아민 대 이소시아네이트 몰비로 0.9 : 1.0 내지 20.0 : 1.0으로 존재하는 방법.
  9. 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 블로킹된 폴리이소시아네이트가 블로킹된 지방족 폴리이소시아네이트 또는 블로킹된 지환족 폴리이소시아네이트인 방법.
  10. 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 관능기가 주로 아민인 방법.
  11. 제1항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 관능기가 모두 아민인 방법.
  12. 제1항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 용매 부재하에서 수행시키는 방법.
  13. 제1항 내지 제12항 중 어느 한 항에 따라 제조된 조성물.
  14. 60,000이상의 중간평균분자량을 갖고 히드록실 및/또는 아민 관능기를 함유하는 탄성중합체 : 블로킹된 폴리이소시아네이트; 및 임의로 촉매를 포함하는 경화성 조성물.
  15. 제14항에 있어서, 용매가 존재하지 않는 조성물.
  16. 압축 성형 공정에서의, 제13항 내지 제15항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 조성물의 용도.
  17. 제13항 내지 제15항 중 어느 한 항의 조성물을 포함하는 성형품.
  18. 60,000이상의 중간평균분자량을 갖고 히드록실 및/또는 아민 관능기를 함유하는 탄성중합체를 블로킹된 폴리이소시아네이트와 혼합하고 그 혼합물을 상기 이소시아네이트를 블로킹해제시키는 데 필요한 온도 이상의 온도로 가열함으로써 제조된 경화된 조성물.
  19. 60,000이상의 중간평균분자량을 갖고 히드록식 및/또는 아민 관능기를 함유하는 탄성중합체를 블로킹된 폴리이소시아네이트와 혼합한 다음 그 혼합물을 상기 이소시아네이트를 블로킹해제시키는 데 필요한 온도 이상의 온도로 가열함으로써 제조된 경화된 조성물을 포함하는 성형품.
