Abstract

본 발명은 약제로서 유용한 하기 식의 구아니딘 유도체 또는 그의 약제학적으로 허용되는 염에 관한 것이다 :
상기 식에서, R1은 수소, 하이드록시(저급)알킬, 보호된 하이드록시(저급)알킬, 아실(저급)알콕시, 아실(저급)알케닐, 또는 아실이고, R2는 아르(저급)알케닐; 적절한 두개의 치완체로 치환된 아릴; 각각 적절한 치환체를 가진 인데닐, 인다닐, 디하이드로벤조사이클로헵테닐, 디(또는 테트라 또는 헥사 또는 옥타 또는 데카)하이드로나프틸, 사이클로펜테닐, 디하이드로티에닐, 디하이드로푸릴 또는 헤테로디사이클릭 그룹; 저급 알킬티에닐; 모노(또는 디) 할로티에닐; 모노(또는 디 또는 트리)할로(저급)알킬티에닐; 아실티에닐; 할로푸릴; 또는 모노(또는 디 또는 트리)할로(저급)알킬푸릴이다.

Claims (12)

  1. 하기 일반식의 화합물 및 약제학적으로 허용되는 그의 염:
    상기 식에서, R1은 수소, 하이드록시(저급)알킬, 보호된 하이드록시(저급)알킬, 아실(저급)알콕시, 아실(저급)알케닐, 또는 아실이고, R2는 아르(저급)알케닐; 적절한 두개의 치완체로 치환된 아릴; 각각 적절한 치환체를 가진 인데닐, 인다닐, 디하이드로벤조사이클로헵테닐, 디(또는 테트라 또는 헥사 또는 옥타 또는 데카)하이드로나프틸, 사이클로펜테닐, 디하이드로티에닐, 디하이드로푸릴 또는 헤테로디사이클릭 그룹; 저급 알킬티에닐; 모노(또는 디) 할로티에닐; 모노(또는 디 또는 트리)할로(저급)알킬티에닐; 아실티에닐; 할로푸릴; 또는 모노(또는 디 또는 트리)할로(저급)알킬푸릴이다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 식에서, R1이 수소; 하이드록시(저급)알킬; 아실옥시(저급)알킬;〔디(저급)알킬아미노(저급)알킬〕카바모일(저급)알콕시;〔디(저급)알킬아미노(저급)알킬, 헤테로사이클릭(저급)알킬〕, 디하이드록시(저급)알킬 또는 저급 알킬피페라지닐을 가질 수 있는 카바모일; 또는 저급 알킬을 가질 수 있는 헤테로사이클릭카보닐이며, R2가 페닐(저급)알케닐; 할로겐, 저급 알콕시, 하이드록시, 저급 알킬 및 모노(또는 디 또는 트리)할로(저급)알킬로 구성된 그룹중에서 선택된 두개의 치환제에 의해 치환된 페닐; 각각 옥소, 하이드록시이미노(저급)알킬, 보호된 하이드록시아미노(저급)알킬, 하이드록시(저급)알킬, 보호된 하이드록시(저급)알킬, 모노(또는 디 또는 트리)할로(저급)알킬, 할로겐, 저급 알킬렌, 저급 알킬, 저급 알콕시(저급)알킬 및 시아노로 구성된 그룹중에서 선택된 1 내지 3개의 치환체를 가질 수 있는 인데닐, 인다닐, 디하이드로벤조사이클로헵테닐, 디(또는 테트라 또는 헥사 또는 옥타 또는 데카)하이드로나프틸, 사이클로펜테닐, 디하이드로티에닐, 디하이드로푸릴, 벤조푸릴, 디하이드로벤조부필, 벤조피라닐, 저급알킬렌디옥시페닐, 퀴놀릴, 이소퀴놀릴, 퀴녹살리닐, 벤족사졸릴, 이미다조피리딜, 벤조티에닐 또는 인돌릴; 저급 알킬티에닐; 모노(또는 디)할로티에닐; 〔디할로(저급)알킬〕티에닐; 저금 알카노일티에닐; 설파모일티에닐; 할로푸릴; 또는 〔디할로(저급)알킬〕푸릴인 화합물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, R1은 수소; 하이드록시(저급)알킬; 아실옥시(저급)알킬;〔디(저급)알킬아미노(저급)알킬〕카바모일(저급)알콕시;〔디(저급)알킬아미노(저급)알킬〕카바모일(저급)알케닐; 디아미노9저급)알킬리덴, 디(저급)알킬아미노(저급)알킬, 모르폴리닐(저급)알킬, 피롤리디닐(저급)알킬, 피페리딜(저급)알킬, 디하이드록시(저급)알킬 또는 저급 알킬피페라지닐을 가질 수 잇는 카바모일; 또는 저급 알킬을 가질 수 있는 피폐라지닐가보닐이며, R2가 페닐(저급)알케닐; 할로겐, 저급 알콕시, 하이드록시, 저급 알킬 및 모노(또는 디 도는 트리)할로(저급)알킬로 구성된 그룹중에서 선택된 두개의 치환체에 의해 치환된 페닐; 각각 옥소, 하이드록시이미노(저급)알킬, 아실옥시이미노(저급)알킬), 하이드록시(저급)알킬, 아실옥시(저급)알킬, 모노(또는 디 또는 트리)할로(저급)알킬, 할로겐, 저급 알킬렌, 저급 알킬, 저급 알콕시(저급)알킬 및 시아노로 구성된 그룹중에서 선택된 1 또는 2개의 치환체를 가질 수 있는 인데닐, 인다닐, 디하이드로벤조사이클로헵테닐, 디(또는 테트라 또는 헥사 또는 옥타 또는 테카)하이드로나프틸, 사이클로펜테닐, 디하이드로티에닐, 디하이드로푸릴, 벤조푸릴, 디하이드벤조푸릴, 벤조피라닐, 저급 알킬렌디옥시페닐, 퀴놀릴, 이소퀴놀릴, 퀴녹살리닐, 벤족사졸릴, 이미다조피리딜, 벤조티에닐 또는 인돌릴; 저급 알킬티에닐; 모노(또는 디)할로티에닐; 〔디할로(저급)알킬〕티에닐; 저급 알카노일티에닐; 설파모일티에닐; 할로푸릴; 또는 〔디할로(저급)알킬〕푸릴인 화합물.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, R1은 수소; 하이드록시(저급)알킬; 아실옥시(저급)알킬;〔디(저급)알킬아미노(저급)알킬〕카바모일(저급)알콕시;〔디(저급)알킬아미노(저급)알킬〕카바모일(저급)알케닐; 디아미노(저급)알킬리덴카바모일; 〔디(저급)알킬아미노(저급)알킬〕카바모일; 〔모르폴리닐(저급)알킬〕카바모일;〔저급 알킬피페라지닐〕카바모일; 또는 저급 알킬피페라지닐〕카바모일; 도는 저급 알킬피페라지닐카보닐이며, R2가 페닐(저급)알케닐; 디할로페닐; 디(저급)알콕시페닐; 디하이드록시페닐; 디(저급)알킬페닐; 비스(트리할로(저급)알킬)페닐; 인데닐; 옥소를 가질 수 있는 인다닐; 디하이드로벤조사이클로헵테닐; 하이드록시이미노(저급)알킬, 하이드록시(저급)알킬, 디할로(저급)알킬 또는 저급 알콕시(저급)알킬을 가질 수 있는 사이클로펜테닐; 시아노를 가질 수 있는 디하이드로티에닐; 시아노를 가질 수 있는 디하이드로푸릴; 저급알킬, 할로겐 또는 디할로(저급)알킬을 가질 수 있는 벤조푸릴; 디하이드로벤조푸릴; 저급알킬, 저급 알킬렌 및 할로겐으로 구성된 그룹중에서 선택된 하나 또는 두개으 치환체를 가질 수 있는 이미다조피리딜; 할로겐 또는 디할로(저급)알킬을 가질 수 있는 벤조티에닐; 저급 알킬을 가질 수 있는 인돌릴; 저급 알킬티에닐; 모노(또는 디)할로티에닐;〔디할로(저급)알킬〕티에닐; 저급 알킬을 가질 수 있는 이미다조피리딜; 할로겐 또는 디할로(저급)알킬을 가질 수 있는 벤조티에닐; 저급 알킬을 가질 수 있는 인돌릴; 저급 알킬티에닐; 모노(또는 디)할로티에닐;〔디할로(저급)알킬〕티에닐;저급 알카노일티에닐; 설파모일티에닐; 할로푸릴, 또는 〔디할로(저급)알킬〕푸릴인 화합물.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, R2가 페닐(저급)알케닐; 디할로페닐, 디(저급)알콕시페닐, 디하이드록시페닐, 디(저급)알킬페닐, 비스(트리할로(저급)알킬)페닐, 인데닐, 옥소인다닐, 디하이드로벤조사이클로헵테닐, 디하이드로나프틸, 〔하이드록시이미노(저급)알킬〕디하이드로나프틸, 〔하이드록시(저급)알킬〕디하이드로나프틸, 〔디할로(저급)알킬〕디하이드로나프틸, 〔저급 알콕시(저급)알킬〕디하이드로나프틸, 옥타하이드로나프닐, 시아노사이클로펜테닐, 시아노디하드로티에닐, 시아노디하이드로 푸릴, 벤조푸릴, 저급 알킬벤조푸릴, 할로벤조푸릴, 〔디할로(저급)알킬〕펜조푸릴, 디하이드로벤조푸릴, 벤조피라닐, 디(저급)알킬벤조피라닐, 저급 알킬렌벤조피라닐, 할로벤조피라닐, 메틸렌디옥시페닐, 퀴놀릴, 이소퀴놀릴, 퀴녹살리닐, 벤족사졸릴, 저급 알킬 이미다조피리딜, 벤조티에닐, 할로벤조티에닐, 디할로(저급)알킬벤조티에닐, 인돌릴, 저급 알킬인돌릴, 저급 알킬티에닐, 모노(또는 디)할로티에닐,〔디할로(저급)알킬〕티에닐, 저급 알카노일티에닐, 설파모일티에닐, 할로푸릴, 또는 〔디할로(저급)알킬〕푸릴인 화합물.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, R1이〔피롤리디닐(저급)알킬〕카바모일, 〔피페리딜(저급)알킬〕카바모일, 〔디(저급)알킬아미노(저급)알킬〕카바모일이며, R2가 디할로티에닐인 화합물.
  7. 제5항에 있어서, R1이〔디(저급)알킬아미노(저급)알킬〕카바모일 또는〔저급 알킬피페라지닐〕카바모일이며, R2가 〔디할로(저급)알킬〕티에닐인 화합물.
  8. 일반식(Ⅱ)의 화합물 또는 그의 카복실 그룹에서의 반응성 유도체 또는 그의 염을 하기 구조식(Ⅲ)의 화합물 또는 그의 이미노 그룹에서의 반응성 유도체 도는 그의 염과 반응시킴을 특징으로 하는 하기 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물 또는 그의 염을 제조하는 방법 :
    상기 식에서, R1은 수소, 하이드록시(저급)알킬, 보호된 하이드록시(저급)알킬, 아실(저급)알콕시, 아실(저급)알케닐, 또는 아실이고, R2는 아르(저급)알케닐; 적절한 두개의 치완체로 치환된 아릴; 각각 적절한 치환체(들)을 가질 수 있는 인데닐, 인다닐, 디하이드로벤조사이클로헵테닐, 디(또는 테트라 또는 헥사 또는 옥타 또는 데카)하이드로나프틸, 사이클로펜테닐, 디하이드로티에닐, 디하이드로푸릴 또는 헤테로디사이클릭 그룹; 저급 알킬티에닐; 모노(또는 디) 할로티에닐; 모노(또는 디 또는 트리)할로(저급)알킬티에닐; 아실티에닐; 할로푸릴; 또는 모노(또는 디 또는 트리)할로(저급)알킬푸릴이다.
  9. 활성 성분으로서 제1항에서 청구한 화합물 또는 그의 약제학적으로 허용되는 염을 약제학적으로 허용되는 담체와의 혼합물로서 함유하는 약제학적 조성물.
  10. 제1항에서 청구한 화합물 또는 그의 약제학적으로 허용되는 염의 세포내에서의 Na+/H+교환에 대한 억제제로서의 용도.
  11. 제1항에서 청구한 화합물 또는 그의 약제학적으로 허용되는 염을 인간 또는 동물에 투여하여 심장 혈관 질병, 뇌혈관 질병, 신장 질병, 동맥 경화증 또는 쇼크를 예방 또는 치료하는 방법.
  12. 제1항에서 청구한 화합물 또는 그의 약제학적으로 허용되는 염을 약제학적으로 허용되는 담체화 혼합시킴을 포함하는 약제학적 조성물의 제조 방법.
