Abstract

본 발명은 두개 이상의 피복제로 피복된 기판에 관한 것으로서, 상기 피복된 기판은 A. 2 내지 500㎛의 두께를 갖는 플라스틱 박막을 기판 표면상에 적층시키는 단게, B. 적층에 의해 도포된 플라스틱 박막의 표면을 경우에 따라, 자동차 몸체를 피복시키는데 적합한 충전제 조성물로 피복시키는 단계 C. 적층에 의해 도포된 플라스틱 박막의 표면, 또는 단계 B를 수행한 후에 얻어진 충전제 피복층을 페인트의 하나 이상의 착색된 피복제로 피복시키는 단계, D. 경우에 따라, 단계 C를 수행한 후에 얻어진 페인트의 피복층을 투명한 피복 물질로 피복시키는 단계, 및 E. 적층에 의해 도포된 플라스틱 박막의 표면에 도포된 페인트의 피복층을 경화시키는 단계에 의해 제조될 수 있음을 특징으로 한다.

Claims (10)

  1. 두개 이상의 피복제로 피복된 기판으로서, A. 2 내지 500㎛의 두께를 갖는 플라스틱 박막을 기판 표면상에 적층시키는 단계, B. 적층에 의해 도포된 플라스틱 박막의 표면을 자동차 몸체를 피복시키는데에 적합한 충전제 조성물로 피복시키는 단계, C. 적층에 의해 도포된 플라스틱 박막의 표면, 또는 단계 B를 수행한 후에 얻어진 충전제 피복층을 각각 페인트의 하나 이상의 착색된 피복시키는 단계, D. 단계 C를 수행한 후에 얻어진 페인트의 피복층을 투명한 피복 물질로 피복시키는 단계, 및 E. 적층에 의해 도포된 플라스틱 박막의 표면에 도포된 페인트의 피복층을 경화시키는 단계에 의해 제조될 수 있음을 특징으로 하는 피복된 기판.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 기판이 단계 A에서 기판으로서 금속 판빌을써 제조될 수 있음을 특징으로 하는 피복된 기판.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 기판이 단계 A에서 기판으로서 금석 판빌을 사용하므로써 제조될 수 있음을 특징으로 하는 피복된 기판
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 기판이 단계 A에서 열가소성 폴리올레핀 박막 또는 열가소성 플라스틱 폴리우레탄 박막을 사용하므로써 제조될 수 있음을 특징으로 하는 피복된 기판.
  5. 하나 이상의 피복제로 피복된 기판을 제조하는 방법으로서, A. 2 내지 500㎛의 두께를 갖는 플라스틱 박막을 기판 표면상에 적층시키는 단계, B. 적층에 의해 도포된 플라스틱 박막의 표면을 자동차 몸체를 피복하는데 적합한 충전제 조성물로 피복시키는 단계, C. 적층에 의해 도포된 플라스틱 박막의 표면, 또는 단계 B를 수행한 후에 얻어진 충전제 피복층을 페인트의 하나 이상의 착색된 피복제로 피복시키는 단계, D. 단계 C를 수행한 후에 얻어진 페인트의 피복층을 투명한 피복 물질로 피복시키는 단계, 및 E. 적층에 위해 도포된 플라스틱 박막의 표면에 도포된 페인트의 피복층을 경화시키는 단계를 포함하며, 단계 B에서 도포된 충전제 피복층의 경화는 페인트의 하나 이상의 착색된 피복제로 피복시키기 전에 수행할 수 있으며, 단계 C에서 도포된 페인트의 착색된 피복층의 경화는 투명한 피복 물질로 피복시키키 전에 수행할 수 있음으 특징으로 하는 방법.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 단게 A에서, 금속 판넬을 기판으로서 사용함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 피복층을 스트립 피복 방법(코일-피복 방법)에 의해 도포시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  8. 제5항에 있어서, 단계 A에서, 플라스틱 성형물을 기판으로서 사용함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  9. 제5항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 단게 A에서, 열가소성 폴리올레핀 박막 또는 열가소성 폴리우레탄 박막을 사용함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  10. 차체, 바람직하게는 자동차 몸체용 부속품을 제조하기 위한 제1항 내지 4항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 피복된 기판의 용도.
