Abstract

본 발명은 앉은 자세에 있을 때 원하는 척골 자세를 세우기 위해 천골 및 골반을 배치하여 이 천골에 일정한 방향을 가지는 그리고 집중된 힘을 제공하기 위한 척골 지지 장치(10)에 관한 것이다. 이 장치(10)는 이용자의 천골의 후방 부분의 2배 크기에 거의 일치하는 이용자의 등을 가로지른 폭에 및 천골에 있는 분리가능한 힘을 천골 기초선으로부터 아래로 바닥 시트 표면으로 제공하여 편안한 자세를 유지하도록 하는 것이다.

Claims (38)

  1. 적어도 상측, 반대쪽 측면 및 정면 표면을 가지는 단단한 지지 부재와 상기 단단한 지지 부재가 부착되는 브레이스 부재를 포함하는 척골의 천골 부분에 고유 지지 압력을 제공하기 위한 척골 지지 장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 정면 표면의 적어도 일부분을 가로질로 뻗도록 하기위해 배치된 덧받침 부재를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 지지 장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 덧받침 부재가 포움으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 지지 장치.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 패딩 부재는 중공 블래더로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 지지 장치.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 패딩 부재가 유체로 채워진 챔버인 것을 특징으로 하는 지지 장치.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 브레이스 부재가 상기 단단한 지지물에 부착되는 곧추 선 부분과 시트 인게이징 부분을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 지지 장치.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 시트 인게이징 부분이 탄력성을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 지지 장치.
  8. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 단단한 지지물, 상기 패딩 부재 및 리테이너(retainer) 부재가 일체로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 지지 장치.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 단단한 지지물이 해부학적으로 일치하는 정면을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 지지 장치.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 상기 해부학적으로 일치하는 정면이 포움층을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 지지 장치.
  11. 제9항에 있어서, 상기 해부학적으로 순응하는 정면이 유체로 채워진 챔버를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 지지 장치.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 상기 유체가 20℃에서 약 0.01 내지 약 10,000cp의 점도 범위를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 지지 장치.
  13. 천골 기초선에 이웃하는 천골의 후방 부분에 약 두배의 거리 및 바닥 시트 부분의 표면에 천골 기초선이 있는 위치로부터 뻗어 있는 시트 접촉 후방 및 바닥 표면과 형상화된 전방 표면을 가지는 단단한 부재를 포함하는 천골의 후방에서 힘을 전방으로 향하게 하고 집중시키는 후방 및 바닥 부분을 가지는 시트의 이용을 위한 천골 지지물.
  14. 제13항에 있어서, 상기 단단한 부재가 바닥 부분보다 더 큰 폭의 크기를 가지는 상측 부분을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 천골 지지물.
  15. 제14항에 있어서, 단단한 부재가 약 2.5 : 1의 상측 대 바닥 폭 비율을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 천골 지지물.
  16. 제14항에 있어서, 이 단단한 부재가 약 1 : 2 의 상측 대 바닥 두께 비율을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 천골 지지물.
  17. 제13항에 있어서, 상기 단단한 부재가 전방 표면의 하측 부분으로부터 전방으로 뻗어 있는 볼록한 부분을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 천골 지지물.
  18. 제14항에 있어서, 상기 단단한 부재가 전방 표면의 하측 부분으로부터 전방으로 뻗어 있는 볼록한 부분을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 천골 지지물.
  19. 제13항에 있어서, 상기 단단한 부재가 상기 전방 표면을 가로질러 뻗어 있는 패딩을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 천골 지지물.
  20. 제19항에 있어서, 상기 패딩이 섬유 재료를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 천골 지지물.
  21. 제19항에 있어서, 상기 패딩이 포움 재료를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 천골 지지물.

  27. 적어도 상측 반대쪽 측면 및 해부학적으로 순응하는 만곡부를 가지는 정면을 가지는 단단한 지지 부재와, 적어도 부분적으로 상기 상측 및 반대쪽 측면 표면 둘레에 뻗어 있는 팽창 부재 및 상기 단단한 지지 부재가 부착되는 시트 순응하는 프레인 부재를 포함하여 계획된 척골 영역에 분리가능한 압력을 가하기 위한 척골 지지 장치.
  28. 바닥이 폭보다 더 넓은 폭을 가지는 상측, 바닥, 반대쪽 측면, 바닥 연장 만곡부에 대하 오목한 상측을 가지는 전방 및 후방 표면을 가지는 단단한 블록으로 구성되는 척골 지지 장치.
  29. 단단한 지지 부재는 상측 및 하측 부분을 가지는 오목한 전방 표면을 가지며, 상기 하측 부분은 상측 부분으로부터 전방으로 뻗어있으며; 지지 부재는 이로부터 뻗어 있는 시트 배치 부재를 포함하므로, 이 배치 부재가 후방과 바닥 부분 사이에 위치될 때 상기 지지 부재가 시트의 이용자에 대해 상대적으로 그리고 후방 및 바닥 부분에 대해 상대적인 시트에 배치되어 국지적인 압력을 시트 이용자의 천골에서 만드는 것을 포함하는 상호 연결된 후방 및 바닥 부분을 가지는 시트에서 이용자를 위한 하측의 후방 지지 메카니즘.
  30. 제29항에 있어서, 상기 시트 배치 부재가 탄력성을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 하측의 후방 지지 메카니즘.
  31. 제29항에 있어서, 상기 시트 배치 부재는 상기 지지 부재의 일체 부분으로서 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 하측의 후방 지지 메카니즘.
  32. 제29항에 있어서, 상기 지지 부재와 상기 배치 부재가 일체형 유니트로서 성형되는 것을 특징으로 하는 하측의 후방 지지 메카니즘.
  33. 제29항에 있어서, 상기 지지 부재가 전방의 오목한 표면에 고정되는 각각의 패드형 부재와 수압 블래더를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 하측의 후방 지지 메카니즘.
  34. 제33항에 있어서, 상기 수압 블래더는 상측 부분에 고정되고 패드형 부재는 하측 부분에 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 하측의 후방 지지 메카니즘.

  36. 시트의 후방 및 바닥 부분의 연결점에 단단한 지지 부재를 배치하고 이 시트에 있는 이용자에 대해 상대적으로 단단한 지지 부재를 위치시켜 힘이 이용자의 천골을 향해 상기 단단한 지지 부재에 의해 제공되는 단계를 포함하여 앉은 위치에서 골반 안정성을 만드는 신경-근육-골격 시스템을 지지하는 방법.
  37. 제36항에 있어서, 지지 부재의 상측 및 측면 가장자리 둘레에 유체 블레더를 배치하며 이 유체 블래더를 팽창시켜서 천골을 에워싸는 영역이 천골과의 연결점에서 지지되는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 신경-근육-골격 시스템을 지지하는 방법.
  38. 제36항에 있어서, 이 단단한 지지 부재가 천골의 천골 기초 부분을 향해 더 큰 힘을 만드는 것을 특징으로 하는 신경-근육-골격 시스템을 지지하는 방법.
