Abstract
본 발명은 직렬 통과 트랜지스터와 증폭 트랜지스터가 상보형으로 이루어진 전압 조절기에 관한다. 공급 전류는 DC 공급 전원으로부터 직렬 통과 트랜지스터의 에미터-콜렉터 경로를 거쳐 부하로 흐른다. 이 전류량은 조절된 출력 전압으로부터 증폭 트랜지스터의 베이스 전극에 결합된 네거티브 피드백 제어 신호에 의해 제어되며 이것은 직렬 통과 트랜지스터의 베이스를 차례로 구동시킨다. 증폭 트랜지스터의 에미터 전극은 조절된 DC 출력 전압보다 낮은 전압에 결합되어 있어서 트랜지스터 쌍에 필요한 구동이 감소된다.

Claims (4)
- 전압 조절기에 있어서, 조절되지 않은 DC 전압을 수신하는 입력 단자; 조절된 DC 전압을 제공하는 출력 단자; 상기 입력 단자와 출력 단자 사이에 결합되어 제어 신호에 응답하는 특성을 갖는 조절 수단; 조절된 DC 전압의 버전과 기준 전압의 버전을 비교하여 제어 신호를 발생하는 수단; 및 상기 조절 수단은 입력 단자에 결합된 제1에미터 전극, 제1베이스 전극, 및 출력 단자에 결합된 제1콜렉터 전극을 갖는 제1형의 제1트랜지스터와, 제어 신호를 수신하기 위해 결합된 제2베이스 전극, 출력 단자에 결합된 제2에미터 전극, 및 제1베이스 전극에 결합된 제2콜렉터 전극을 가지며 제1형의 제1트랜지스터에 상보형인 제2트랜지스터를 포함하며, 조절된 DC 전압보다 낮은 출력 단자에서의 전압으로 제2에미터 전극을 유지하기 위해 제2에미터 전극에 결합된 수단;을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전압 조절기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제2에미터 전극에 결합된 수단은 출력 단자와 기준 전위 사이에 결합된 저항성 분압기를 포함하며 상기 제2에미터 전극은 분압기 위의 탭에 결합되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전압 조절기.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 분압기는 동일한 값을 갖는 저항들을 포함하며 제2에미터 전극에 인가된 전압은 조절된 DC 전압의 반인 것을 특징으로 하는 전압 조절기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제1트랜지스터는 PNP 트랜지스터이고 제2트랜지스터는 NPN 트랜지스터인 것을 특징으로 하는 전압 조절기.※ 참고사항:최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
