Claims (4)

- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제2 트랜지스터(Q2)의 상기 제 2 전극(에미터)과 상기 출력 포인트(18) 사이에 결합된 상기 피드백 네트워크(24,30)는 전압 분압기(24,30)를 포함하며, 상기 전압 분압기는 상기 출력 포인트(18)와 기준 전위 사이에 결합된 제1 저항(24) 및 제2 저항(30)을 포함하며, 상기 제2 트랜지스터(Q2)의 상기 제2 전극(에미터)은 상기 제1 저항(24) 및 제2 저항(30)의 접합점에 결합되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는, 전압 조절기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제1 트랜지스터(Q1)의 상기 제1 전극은 콜렉터 전극이며,상기 제1 트랜지스터(Q1)의 상기 제어 전극은 베이스 전극이며,상기 제2 트랜지스터(Q2)의 상기 제1 전극은 콜렉터 전극이며,상기 제2 트랜지스터(Q2)의 상기 제2 전극은 에미터 전극이며,상기 제2 트랜지스터(Q2)의 상기 제어 전극은 베이스 전극인 것을 특징으로 하는, 전압 조절기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제1 트랜지스터(Q1)는 PNP형 트랜지스터이며, 상기 제2 트랜지스터(Q2)는 NPN형 트랜지스터인 것을 특징으로 하는 전압 조절기.
