Abstract
본 발명에 의한 구멍설치판은 유입개구(36)와 유출개구(38)와 양 개구 사이에 설치된 하나의 이상의 통로(42)로서 형성된 유체를 위한 완전한 축방향 관유로가 제공됨으로서 우수하다. 각각 특징적인 개구구조(36, 38, 42)를 구비한 구멍설치판(23)의 적어도 3개의 기능평면(35, 37, 40)은 전기도금에 의한 금속석출에 의해서 연속적으로 형성된다(다층 전기도금), 구멍설치판(23)의 전기도금 석출된 층은 1개 도는 다수의 기능평면(35, 37, 40)을 가지고 있어서 좋다. 구멍설치판(23)은 연료분사 장치에서의 분사밸브, 래커도포노즐, 흡입기, 잉크제트 프린터 또는 동결 건조법에 있어서, 액체, 예를 들면 음료의 분사 또는 약품의 분무를 위해 사용하기에는 매우 적합하다.

Claims (20)
- 유체용 완전한 관유로와, 하나 이상의 유입개구와, 하나 이상의 유출개구가 설치되어 있고, 각 유입개구가 구멍설치판 상측의 층 또는 상측의 기능평면에 부가로 설치되어 있고, 각 유출개구가 구멍설치판 하측의 층 또는 하측의 기능평면에 설치되어 있는 1종 이상의 금속성 재료로 구성되는, 특히 분사밸브에 사용되는 구멍설치판에 있어서, 구멍설치판(23)에 설치된 각 층 또는 각 기능평면(35, 35', 37, 40, 40')이 전기도금 금속석출(다층 전기도금)에 의해서 연속적으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 구멍설치판.
- 제1항에 있어서, 3개 이상의 층 또는 3개 이상의 기능평면(35, 35', 37, 40)이 설치되어 있고, 하나 이상의 중간 층 또는 하나 이상의 중간 기능평면(40)에 유입개구(36) 및 유출개구(38)의 수에 대응하는 수의 통로(42)가 설치되어 있고, 각각 하나의 유입개구(36)가 하나의 통로(42)를 통해 하나의 유출개구(38)에 접속되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 구멍설치판.
- 제1항에 있어서, 3개 이상의 층 또는 3개 이상의 기능평면(35, 35', 37, 40)이 설치되어 있고, 하나 이상의 중간 층 또는 하나 이상의 중간 기능평면(40)에 하나 이상의 통로(42')가 설치되어 있고, 상기 통로(42')에 하나 이상의 유입개구(36)와 하나 이상의 유출개구(39)가 접속되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 구멍설치판.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 일평면의 투영도에서 유입개구(36)와 유출개구(38)가 어느개소에서도 서로 겹치지 않고, 서로 완전히 어긋나지 않도록 유입개구(36)와 유출개구(38)가 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 구멍설치판.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 일평면의 투영도에서 유입개구(36)와 유출개구(38)가 서로 부분적으로 겹치도고록 유입개구(36)와 유출개구(38)가 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 구멍설치판.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 다수의 유입개구(36) 중 하나 이상의 유입개구(36)가, 다수의 유출개구(38) 중 하나의 유출개구(38)와는 다른 개구경을 가지고 잇는 것을 특징으로 하는 구멍설치판.
- 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 통로(42')가 각각의 투영도에서 유입개구(36)와 유출개구(38)를 완전히 커버할 것 같은 크기를 가지고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 구멍설치판.
- 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 상기 하나 이상의 통로(42, 42')가 하나 이상의 통로 연장부(43, 43')를 가지고 있고, 상기 통로 연장부(43, 43')가 유입개구(36)로부터 유출개구(38)까지의 최단 유로에 위치하고 있지 않은 영역을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 구멍설치판.
- 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 4개의 층 또는 4개의 기능평면을 구비한 구멍설치판(23)이 형성되어 있어, 한쪽의 중간 층 또는 한쪽의 중간 기능평면(40)에 상기 하나 이상의 통로(42, 42')가 연장되어 있고, 다른쪽의 중간 층 또는 다른쪽의 중간 기능평면(40')에 통로 연장부(43')가 설치되어 있고, 상기 통로 연장부(43')가 유입개구(36)로부터 유출개구(38)까지의 최단로에 위치하고 있지 않은 영역을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 구멍설치판.
- 제8항 또는 제9항에 잇어서, 상기 통로 연장부(43, 43')가 3개의 모든 방향 즉 상기 통로(42, 42')의 길이 방향, 폭방향 및 깊이방향으로 연장되도록 성형가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 구멍설치판.
- 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 하나 이상의 중간 층 또는 하나 이상의 중간 기능평면(40, 40')에 돌입하도록 하나 이상의 트립트랩(50)이 배치되어 있고, 상기 트립트랩(50)에 의해 상기 통로(42, 42')내에서 상기 트립트랩(50)의 곁을 지나는 흐름이 와열을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 구멍설치판.
- 제1항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 유입개구(36)의 황단면의 윤곽이 유출개구(38)의 황단면의 윤곽에 일치하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 구멍설치판.
- 제1항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 유입개구(36)의 황단면의 윤곽과 유출개구(38)의 횡단면의 윤곽이 서로 다르게 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 구멍설치판.
- 제1항에 있어서, 유입개구(36) 및 유출개구(38)의 횡단면이 정방향, 방형, 각의 모서리를 둥글린 정방형, 각의 모서리를 둥글게한 방형, 원형, 둥근세그먼트형, 타원형, 타원세그먼트형, 다각형 또는 각의 둥글린 다각형인 것을 특징으로 하는 구멍설치판.
- 제1항에 있어서, 유입개구(36)의 수와 유출개구(38)의 수가 같지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 구멍설치판.
- 제1항에 있어서, 유입개구(36)와 유출개구(38)가 구멍설치판(23)의 축방향으로 연장되는 중심 축선(2)을 중심으로 하여 비대칭적으로 성형되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 구멍설치판.
- 제1항에 있어서, 각 기능평면(35, 35', 37, 40, 40')이 각각 직접으로 계속해서 설치된 개구 구조와는 다른 특징적인 개구구조(36, 38, 42, 42')를 가지고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 구멍설치판.
