Abstract
본 발명은 산화 분위기 속에서, 용접이 곤란한 내열 재료의 액상 확산 접합을 실현하는 액상 확산 접합용 합금박을 제공한다.
즉, 질량 %로 Si : 6.0~15.0%, Mn : 0.1~2.0%, Cr : 0.50~30.0%, Mo : 0.10~5.0%, V : 0.50∼10.0%, Nb : 0.02∼1.0%, W : 0.10~5.0%, N : 0.01~0.5%, P : 0.50~20.0%를 함유하고, 또는 다시 C : 0.005~1.0%를 함유하며, 및 Ti : 0.01~5.0%, Zr : 0.01~5.0%의 1종 또는 2종을 함유하고, 나머지부 Ni 및 불순물 성분으로 이루어지는 조성을 가지며, 두께가 3.0~300㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 산화 분위기 속에서 접합 가능한 내연 재료용 액상 확산접합 합금박, 또는 이상의 조성을 가지는 실질적으로 유리질인 산화 분위기 속에서 접합 가능한 내열 재료용 액상 확 접합 합금박이다.

제2도는 액상 확산 접합 클래드 강판의 조립 요청을 도시하는 도면,
제3도는 완성한 클래드 강판과 접합부 파단 강도 평가용 인장 시험관의 채취 요령을 표시하는 도면,
제4도는 삽입 금속 중의 V양과 접할 이음매 파단강도의 관계를 나타내는 도면.
Claims (5)
- 질량 %로 Si : 6.0~15.0%, Mn : 0.1~2.0%, Cr : 0.50∼30.0%, Mo : 0.10~5.0%, V : 0.50~10.0%, Nb : 0.02∼1.0%, W : 0.10∼5.0%, N : 0.05∼2.0%, p : 0.50~20.0%를 함유하고, 나머지부는 Ni 및 불순물 성분으로 이루어지는 조성을 가지며, 두께가 3.0∼300㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 산화 분위기 속에서 접합 가능한 내열 재료용 액상 확산 접합 합금박.
- 질량 %로 Si : 6.0∼15.0%, Mn : 0.1~2.0%, Cr : 0.50~30.0% : Mo : 0.10~5.0%, V : 0.50~10.0%, Nb : 0.02~1.0%, W : 0.10∼5.0%, N : 0.05~2.0%, P : 0.50∼20.0%, C : 0.005~1.0%를 함유하고, 또한, C와 N의 함유비가 질량%의 비에서 C/N(1로서, 나머지부는 Ni 및 불순물 성분으로 이루어지는 조성을 가지며, 두께가 3.0~300㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 산화 분위기 속에서 접합가능한 내열 재료용 액상 확산 접합 합금박.
