Abstract

본 발명은 제1매스부(12)가 차량의 내연기관의 크랭크축과 같은 구동축에 대하여 회전가능하게 연결되고 또한 제2매스부(14)가 기어 박스에 대한 입력축과 같은 피동축에 대하여 회전가능하게 연결되는 두개의 동축 매스부를 구비하는 플라이휠을 제조하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 제1매스부(12)는 패스티 또는 점성물질로 적어도 부분적으로 충전되는 챔버(30)를 구비하고 또한 두 매스부 사이에 개재된 원주방향으로 작동하는 탄성 수단을 수용한다. 상기 물질은 챔버(30)가 폐쇄되기 전에 제1매스부(12)의 외주변에 용착된다. 본 방법은 차량 분야에 유용하다.

차량용 댐핑 플라이휠 제조 방법(METHOD FOR MAKING A FLYWHEEL, PARTICULARLY FOR MOTOR VEHICLES)

제1도는 본 발명에 따른 댐핑 플라이휠을 도시하는 것으로 제2도의 1-1선을 따라 취한 축방향 단면도이다.

Claims (6)

  1. 제1매스부(12)가 차량의 내연기관의 크랭크축과 같은 구동축에 대하여 회전가능하게 연결되고 또한 제2매스부(14)가 기어 박스에 대한 입력축과 같은 피동축에 대하여 회전가능하게 연결되는 두개의 동축 매스부를 구비하며, 상기 제1매스부(12)는 패스티 또는 점성 물질로 적어도 부분적으로 충전되는 챔버(30)를 구비하고 또한 두 매스부 사이에 개재된 원주방향으로 작동하는 탄성 수단을 수용하며, 상기 제1매스부(12)는 원주방향으로 작동하는 탄성 수단(32)을 반경방향으로 유지하기 위하여 외주변에 오목부를 갖는 유형의 댐핑 플라이휠 제조 방법에 있어서, 상기 물질은 챔버(30)가 폐쇄되기 전에 제1매스부(12)의 외주변 둘레에 균일하게 용착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 댐핑 플라이휠 제조 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1매스부(12)는 그 외주변에 적어도 하나의 오목부(23)가 제공된 스커트부(22)를 가지며, 상기 패스티 또는 점성 물질은 오목부에 용착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 댐핑 플라이휠 제조 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1매스부(12)는 그 외주변에 적어도 하나의 오목부(23)가 제공된 스커트부(22)를 가지며, 상기 원주방향으로 작동하는 탄성 수단(32)을 반경방향으로 보유하는 홈통(82)이 장착되며, 상기 패스티 또는 점성 물질은 홈통(82)에 용착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 댐핑 플라이휠 제조 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1매스부(12)는 그 외주변에 적어도 하나의 오목부(23)가 제공된 스커트부(22)를 가지며, 상기 원주방향으로 작동하는 탄성 수단(32)을 반경방향으로 보유하는 홈통(82)이 장착되며, 상기 원주방향으로 작동하는 탄성 수단(32)은 홈통(82)에 장착되고 또는 상기 패스티 또는 점성 물질은 탄성 수단(32)에 용착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 댐핑 플라이휠 제조 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 패스티 또는 점성 물질의 용착은 그리스 주입 기계에 의하여 균일하게 발생하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 댐핑 플라이휠 제조 방법.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 그리스 주입 기계는 패스티 또는 점성 물질을 용착시키는 노즐(108, 109)과 연통하는 적어도 하나의 리셉터클(101, 102)을 가지며, 상기 물질을 용착시키기 위하여 상기 리셉터클 내부에는 피스톤(105, 106)이 장착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 댐핑 플라이휠 제조 방법.
